Ce stage, \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re de la science des mat\u00e9riaux, de la microscopie \u00e9lectronique et de la science computationnelle, se d\u00e9roulera au laboratoire MPQ dans le groupe Microscopie \u00e9lectronique avanc\u00e9e et nanostruture (Me-ANS). Le candidat devra (i) mettre en place la production et l’\u00e9tude STEM avanc\u00e9e des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s structurales des NPs Au-Cu BiM par imagerie \u00e0 r\u00e9solution atomique HAADF-STEM sur un TEM de pointe corrig\u00e9 des aberrations et (ii) participer \u00e0 l’entra\u00eenement et \u00e0 l’optimisation des CNN pour le comptage des atomes en utilisant des images HAADF-STEM synth\u00e9tiques de NPs bim\u00e9talliques g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par une simulation atomique par ordinateur et en testant les r\u00e9seaux sur des images exp\u00e9rimentales.<\/p>\n
