Le 17 septembre dernier a marqu\u00e9 la rentr\u00e9e universitaire des Professeurs des Universit\u00e9s \u2013 Praticiens Hospitaliers (PUPH) et Maitres de Conf\u00e9rences des Universit\u00e9s \u2013 Praticiens Hospitaliers (MCU \u2013PH), et autres enseignants<\/strong>. Cette rentr\u00e9e symbolise le coup d\u2019envoi de l\u2019ann\u00e9e acad\u00e9mique de l\u2019UFR de M\u00e9decine, tout en soulignant l\u2019importance de la recherche et de l\u2019innovation dans l\u2019univers hospitalo-universitaire<\/strong>. Cette rentr\u00e9e a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion pour la nouvelle doyenne de l\u2019UFR de M\u00e9decine, Pr. Un r\u00f4le central dans la formation m\u00e9dicale<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les PUPH et MCU \u2013 PH<\/strong> occupent une place strat\u00e9gique dans le syst\u00e8me m\u00e9dical fran\u00e7ais. \u00c0 la fois enseignants au sein des universit\u00e9s et m\u00e9decins ou chirurgiens \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital, ils jouent un r\u00f4le fondamental dans la transmission des savoirs et dans l\u2019\u00e9volution de la recherche m\u00e9dicale. Lors de cette rentr\u00e9e, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 rappel\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point leur double casquette leur permet d\u2019assurer une continuit\u00e9 entre la formation acad\u00e9mique<\/strong> des \u00e9tudiants<\/strong> et leur immersion dans le monde hospitalier.<\/p>\n

Les d\u00e9fis d\u2019une ann\u00e9e sous le signe de l\u2019innovation et de la recherche<\/strong><\/p>\n

La rentr\u00e9e 2024-2025 est marqu\u00e9e par plusieurs enjeux de taille, notamment l\u2019\u00e9volution des m\u00e9thodes p\u00e9dagogiques et l\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouvelles technologies<\/strong> dans le monde m\u00e9dical. L\u2019ann\u00e9e universitaire sera plac\u00e9e sous le signe de l\u2019innovation, tant sur le plan de la recherche clinique que dans les pratiques d\u2019enseignement. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 rappel\u00e9 le r\u00f4le essentiel de la communaut\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de recherche m\u00e9dicale. Au cours de cette intervention, les projets de recherche d\u2019envergure ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, comme pour les IHU.<\/p>\n

L\u2019accueil des nouveaux MCU-PH et PUPH<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette rentr\u00e9e a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion d\u2019accueillir les nouveaux membres du corps professoral, une quarantaine d\u2019enseignants pour cette 2024. Ces nominations viennent renforcer les rangs des enseignants et des chercheurs, tout en apportant de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n

Les d\u00e9fis sont nombreux, mais cette rentr\u00e9e solennelle t\u00e9moigne d\u2019un engagement renouvel\u00e9 en faveur de l\u2019excellence acad\u00e9mique et de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue des soins aux patients.<\/p>\n
