Les ECOS<\/strong>, ou Examens Cliniques Objectifs Structur\u00e9s<\/strong>, sont une s\u00e9rie d’\u00e9preuves introduites au Canada et en Suisse, puis en France gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9forme du 2\u00e8me cycle en 2021<\/strong>. Les \u00e9tudiants doivent passer trois CCC<\/strong> au cours du cycle, avec l’ajout d’un ECOS national<\/strong> \u00e0 partir de la promotion DFASM3 2023\/2024.<\/p>\n

L’objectif des ECOS est d’\u00e9valuer les comp\u00e9tences des \u00e9tudiants<\/strong>, mettant l’accent sur les comp\u00e9tences pratiques<\/strong> plut\u00f4t que sur les connaissances th\u00e9oriques<\/strong>. Ces examens permettent aux futurs m\u00e9decins de mettre en pratique leurs acquis th\u00e9oriques<\/strong> et cliniques<\/strong>, offrant une opportunit\u00e9 d’am\u00e9liorer leurs capacit\u00e9s diagnostiques<\/strong> et leur formulation d’hypoth\u00e8ses de traitement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c0 Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9<\/strong>, les ECOS se d\u00e9roulent sur le campus Bichat<\/strong>, impliquant un circuit d\u2019environ 50 minutes comprenant cinq stations<\/strong> o\u00f9 pr\u00e8s de 800 \u00e9tudiants r\u00e9alisent diverses t\u00e2ches m\u00e9dicales<\/strong>. Chaque station permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer les comp\u00e9tences pratiques, avec un enseignant \u00e9valuateur<\/strong> et un patient standardis\u00e9<\/strong>. Les patients standardis\u00e9s, des volontaires de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile form\u00e9s aux sc\u00e9narios, contribuent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des conditions d’examen r\u00e9alistes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s l’examen, les \u00e9tudiants b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d’une correction minutieuse par les superviseurs<\/strong>. Les ECOS<\/strong> sont per\u00e7us comme des \u00e9valuations novatrices dans le domaine m\u00e9dical<\/strong>, offrant aux \u00e9tudiants une opportunit\u00e9 de perfectionnement. L’objectif est de maintenir ces \u00e9valuations dans le temps, avec une volont\u00e9 de rendre l’architecture complexe des ECOS accessible \u00e0 tous<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

L\u2019UFR de M\u00e9decine<\/strong> exprime sa reconnaissance envers tous les contributeurs ayant particip\u00e9 au succ\u00e8s des ECOS du 14 d\u00e9cembre 2023<\/strong>, qu’il s’agisse d’\u00e9tudiants<\/strong>, d’enseignants<\/strong>, de patients standardis\u00e9s<\/strong> ou du personnel impliqu\u00e9<\/strong>. Ce succ\u00e8s est le r\u00e9sultat du travail collectif de chacun, soulignant l’importance de leur contribution \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
