Les \u00e9tudes en m\u00e9decine sont en partie \u00e9valu\u00e9es lors d\u2019Examens Cliniques Objectifs et Structur\u00e9s (ECOS). Ces examens se d\u00e9roulent en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un \u00e9tudiant en m\u00e9decine, d\u2019un enseignant \u00e9valuateur et d\u2019un volontaire prenant le r\u00f4le d\u2019un patient, qu\u2019on appelle patient standardis\u00e9, ou d\u2019un professionnel de sant\u00e9, qu\u2019on appelle professionnel de sant\u00e9 standardis\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Qui peut se porter volontaire\u00a0?\u00a0<\/h4>\n

N\u2019importe quel professionnel de sant\u00e9 peut se porter volontaire, \u00e0 condition d\u2019\u00eatre encore en activit\u00e9 et de ne pas \u00eatre en contact r\u00e9gulier avec des \u00e9tudiants en m\u00e9decine ! Nul besoin d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9tudiant, acteur ou vrai patient. Aucun examen invasif ne sera pratiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Quel sera votre r\u00f4le\u00a0?<\/h4>\n

Le volontaire accepte de \u00ab\u00a0jouer\u00a0\u00bb un r\u00f4le correspondant \u00e0 sa profession dans un sc\u00e9nario pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini lors d\u2019une \u00e9valuation d\u2019une ou d\u2019un \u00e9tudiant en m\u00e9decine. Le sc\u00e9nario choisi sera communiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avance. Si vous \u00eates volontaire, vous serez par exemple amen\u00e9 \u00e0 entamer une discussion avec l\u2019\u00e9tudiant concernant une situation d\u2019urgence ou la prise en charge d\u2019un patient.<\/p>\n

O\u00f9 et quand dois-je \u00eatre disponible\u00a0?<\/h4>\n

Il n\u2019y a pas de dates d\u00e9finies, le volontaire sera invit\u00e9 \u00e0 participer 2 \u00e0 3 fois par an selon ses disponibilit\u00e9s. Il sera pr\u00e9venu plusieurs mois \u00e0 l\u2019avance et les \u00e9valuations ont lieu lors d\u2019une journ\u00e9e de semaine. Il est donc important de pouvoir parfois se lib\u00e9rer\u00a0<\/p>\n

Les \u00e9valuations auront lieu sur le site de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Bichat (16 rue Henri Huchard, 75018 Paris).<\/p>\n

Est-ce que c\u2019est r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<\/h4>\n

Une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est possible pour toutes les personnes qui peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’un cumul d’activit\u00e9 via un contrat de vacataire avec l’Universit\u00e9 (environ 50 euros par demi-journ\u00e9e). Un mail vous sera envoy\u00e9 apr\u00e8s votre premier ECOS pour les informations pratiques.<\/p>\n
