Les Conf\u00e9rences nationales des Doyens de facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine et des Doyens de facult\u00e9s d\u2019odontologie ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9diger une charte \u00e9thique et d\u00e9ontologique afin de formaliser et d\u2019homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser leurs pratiques dans ce domaine. Cette charte r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une exigence \u00e9thique, notamment en regard de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 scientifique et professionnelle, des liens d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats, et de l\u2019attente soci\u00e9tale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

L\u2019ind\u00e9pendance de la formation m\u00e9dicale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des int\u00e9r\u00eats particuliers est un enjeu de sant\u00e9 publique. Les \u00e9tudiants b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un encadrement institutionnel et acad\u00e9mique qui doit leur garantir cette ind\u00e9pendance. <\/i><\/p>\n

Les Facult\u00e9s s\u2019engagent sur l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 scientifique <\/b><\/p>\n

Elles s\u2019engagent \u00e0 respecter les propositions de mise en oeuvre de la charte nationale de d\u00e9ontologie des m\u00e9tiers de la recherche (cf. rapport du Professeur Corvol [2016]).<\/p>\n

Les Facult\u00e9s s\u2019engagent sur la d\u00e9ontologie <\/b><\/p>\n

Les Facult\u00e9s s\u2019engagent \u00e0 respecter et faire respecter les r\u00e8gles d\u00e9ontologiques et d\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 pr\u00e9conis\u00e9es par l\u2019ensemble des ordres des professions qui les composent. Les Facult\u00e9s s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la promotion de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes-femmes et de la lutte contre les discriminations de toute nature, et de l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 du handicap.<\/p>\n

Formation \u00e9thique et d\u00e9ontologique pour une conduite responsable <\/b><\/p>\n

Les enseignements obligatoires d\u2019\u00e9thique et de d\u00e9ontologie sont renforc\u00e9s au sein des Facult\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Transparence et d\u00e9claration des liens d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats <\/b><\/p>\n

Les enseignants doivent communiquer aux \u00e9tudiants leurs liens d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats en pr\u00e9ambule aux enseignements qu\u2019ils d\u00e9livrent, quelle que soit leur nature (\u00e9crite, orale, en ligne).<\/p>\n

Avantages et cadeaux <\/b><\/p>\n

Les cadeaux, m\u00eame de faible valeur, financ\u00e9s par l\u2019industrie ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Les bonnes pratiques p\u00e9dagogiques dans les relations avec les industries de sant\u00e9 <\/b><\/p>\n

Les produits de sant\u00e9 cit\u00e9s dans le cadre des enseignements le sont obligatoirement en d\u00e9nomination commune internationale (DCI), sans faire de promotion. De m\u00eame pour les dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux. Les \u00e9tudiants ont le droit d\u2019exercer un devoir de r\u00e9serve lorsqu\u2019ils se trouvent en situation d\u2019influence. Ils peuvent s\u2019exprimer en toute libert\u00e9 sans s\u2019exposer \u00e0 des griefs ou des sanctions de la part de leurs sup\u00e9rieurs hi\u00e9rarchiques.<\/p>\n

Liens avec les partenaires du soin <\/b><\/p>\n

L\u2019exposition au risque de conflit d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats dans les secteurs de soins doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9venue. Les repr\u00e9sentants des industries pharmaceutiques et des produits de sant\u00e9 ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 rencontrer les personnels universitaires dans les zones de soins ou en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019\u00e9tudiants. Cela implique qu\u2019ils ne peuvent pas y organiser des expos\u00e9s en pr\u00e9sence des \u00e9tudiants*<\/p>\n

Non-respect de la charte <\/b><\/p>\n

La pr\u00e9sente Charte est opposable \u00e0 tous les acteurs au sein des Facult\u00e9s, quel que soit leur grade, statut, ou niveau hi\u00e9rarchique.<\/p>\n

Face \u00e0 une suspicion document\u00e9e de conduite r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensible, les enseignants-chercheurs et les \u00e9tudiants sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 se rapprocher du pr\u00e9sident de la commission de d\u00e9ontologie.<\/p>\n
