z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb500&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p>Le service de scolarit\u00e9 \u2013 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> cycle d\u00e9livre des attestations de r\u00e9ussite (appel\u00e9es aussi \u00ab\u00a0dipl\u00f4mes provisoires\u00a0\u00bb) dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais sur demande\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour les internes \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9form\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb (promotions \u00e0 partir de 2017) terminant leur phase d\u2019approfondissement, l\u2019attestation de r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 la th\u00e8se leur permet de justifier aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Ordre des M\u00e9decins l\u2019obtention de leur dipl\u00f4me d\u2019Etat de Docteur en M\u00e9decine suite \u00e0 leur soutenance de th\u00e8se d\u2019exercice, afin d\u2019entamer leur phase de consolidation en tant que Docteur Junior.<\/li>\n<li>Pour les internes \u00ab\u00a0non r\u00e9form\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb (promotions ant\u00e9rieures \u00e0 2017) les attestations de r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 la th\u00e8se et au D.E.S servent \u00e0 toutes les d\u00e9marches professionnelles (Conseil de l\u2019Ordre, Clinicat etc.) imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la fin de leur cursus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_4&Prime;][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.19.11&Prime; Les dipl\u00f4mes d\u00e9finitifs seront disponibles <strong>environ 3 mois<\/strong> apr\u00e8s la fin de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e universitaire (ann\u00e9e universitaire = du 1er novembre au 31 octobre).<\/p>\n<p><em>Exemple\u00a0: un interne non-r\u00e9form\u00e9 soutient sa th\u00e8se en avril et valide son D.E.S au mois de juin. Des attestations de r\u00e9ussites lui sont alors remises sur demande, pour r\u00e9aliser ses d\u00e9marches administratives les plus urgentes. Ses dipl\u00f4mes d\u00e9finitifs ne seront pas disponibles avant le 31 novembre\u00a0: aucun rdv de remise de ses dipl\u00f4mes d\u00e9finitifs ne pourra donc lui \u00eatre donn\u00e9 avant cette date.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Aucune d\u00e9livrance ne sera possible avant. Il est donc inutile d\u2019effectuer une demande d\u2019\u00e9dition et de remise anticip\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #8a1538\"><strong>Il est conseill\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tablir des photocopies de vos dipl\u00f4mes et de garder les originaux en s\u00fbret\u00e9<\/strong>, de m\u00eame que l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des documents relatifs aux contenus de formation. Pour les internes faisant partie de la r\u00e9forme de 2017, il s\u2019agit notamment du contrat de formation CFPP et du portfolio contenant le carnet de stages.
