Enseignant et \u00e9tudiants peuvent \u00e9crire directement aux responsables, \u00e0 tout moment de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.\u00a0Sont par ailleurs \u00e9tablis un certain nombre de \u00ab\u00a0points de contr\u00f4le\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0:<\/p>\n<h4>DFGSM 2 et 3<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0A l\u2019issue du jury de validation Session 1 (Fin du 1\u00b0 semestre = janvier) si \u00e9chec \u2265 2 UE.<\/li>\n<li>A l\u2019issue de la Commission Relayant les Difficult\u00e9s des \u00c9tudiants (CRDE, avant le jury Session 2).<\/li>\n<li>A l\u2019issue du jury de validation Session 2 en cas de redoublement.<\/li>\n<li>En cas d\u2019absences r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es aux stages de s\u00e9miologie, stage m\u00e9dicotechnique et d\u2019immersion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>DFASM 1 et 2<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Non validation d\u2019un P\u00f4le d\u00e8s la fin du 1<sup>er<\/sup> trimestre de DFASM1.<\/li>\n<li>Probl\u00e8mes en stage\u00a0: absence, inadaptation&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Redoublement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>DFASM 3<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Sur demande des \u00e9tudiants, probl\u00e8mes graves ou r\u00e9currents en stages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Que se passe t-il en cas de signalement aux responsables du Tutorat ?<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Proposition d\u2019entretien individuel pr\u00e9sentiel avec un responsable du dispositif d\u2019accompagnement.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse des difficult\u00e9s et de leur cause\u00a0et proposition d\u2019accompagnement :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Maladie somatique, handicap<\/strong>\u00a0: signalement \u00e0 la scolarit\u00e9, am\u00e9nagement des \u00e9tudes, conseil d\u2019un \u00e9ventuel temps de pause. En collaboration avec l\u2019assesseur du Doyen (Pr Flamant), le Service Inter Universitaire de M\u00e9decine Pr\u00e9ventive et de Promotion de la Sant\u00e9 (SIUMPPS)\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-test.app.u-pariscite.fr\/siumpps\/\">https:\/\/wordpress-test.app.u-pariscite.fr\/siumpps\/<\/a> et la cellule Relais handicap au niveau UP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Difficult\u00e9s psychologiques<\/strong>\u00a0: Si l\u2019\u00e9tudiant est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pris en charge, signalement \u00e0 la scolarit\u00e9 pour information et am\u00e9nagement \u00e9ventuel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En l\u2019absence de prise en charge\u00a0psychologique : orientation vers la permanence de psychiatrie de la facult\u00e9\u00a0: <a href=\"mailto:rdv.psy@medecine.parisdescartes.fr\">rdv.psy@medecine.parisdescartes.fr<\/a> ou vers la permanence DIADE (DIspositif d\u2019Accueil et d\u2019\u00e9coute Des \u00c9tudiants) le mardi toute la journ\u00e9e site Villemin une fois par mois.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Difficult\u00e9s sociales et financi\u00e8res<\/strong>\u00a0: orientation possible vers le guichet unique au niveau UP afin d\u2019obtenir bourse ou soutien num\u00e9rique.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Volont\u00e9 de changement d\u2019orientation<\/strong>\u00a0: discussion sur la pertinence du projet et accompagnement dans cette d\u00e9marche. Conseil de validation d\u2019un niveau d\u2019\u00e9tude ++.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Difficult\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques<\/strong>\u00a0: conseils et suivi. Orientation possible vers l\u2019Assesseur du Doyen charg\u00e9 de la p\u00e9dagogie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0 3. Mise en place d\u2019un suivi r\u00e9gulier pour que les \u00e9tudiants se sentent soutenus et pour \u00e9valuer leur \u00e9volution. Contrairement aux connexions internet traditionnelles qui n\u00e9cessitent une ligne fixe ou un r\u00e9seau Wifi, une cl\u00e9 4G\/5G utilise les r\u00e9seaux cellulaires pour fournir une connexion haut d\u00e9bit \u00e0 partir de n&rsquo;importe o\u00f9, tant qu&rsquo;il existe une couverture r\u00e9seau ad\u00e9quate.
