validation des stages ambulatoires et hospitaliers n\u00e9cessite une proposition de validation par vos maitres de stage ou chefs de service et la r\u00e9alisation de vos traces.<\/span><\/p>\n Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rent local du DES de m\u00e9decine g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, <\/span>donne son accord d\u00e9finitif apr\u00e8s avis des responsables de stages et des enseignants universitaires de la Commission locale de coordination du DES de m\u00e9decine g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Une licence peut \u00eatre d\u00e9livr\u00e9e aux internes en m\u00e9decine g\u00e9n\u00e9rale qui ont valid\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement les stages de m\u00e9decine g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de niveau 1 et celui de l\u2019ambulatoire en soins primaires en autonomie supervis\u00e9e (SASPAS), <\/span><\/p>\n Pour les internes qui ont valid\u00e9 le stage de niveau 1 mais n\u2019ont pas valid\u00e9 le SASPAS, les avanc\u00e9es \u00e9tant encore tr\u00e8s partielles dans le cursus, la formation en situation authentique limit\u00e9e \u00e0 un seul stage en m\u00e9decine g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, nous conduisent \u00e0 affirmer que son niveau de comp\u00e9tences ne permet pas d\u2019assurer des conditions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 correctes pour les patients, si cette \u00e9tudiant \u00e9tait autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 faire des remplacements professionnels. <\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Cette situation
