Les huit articles rassembl\u00e9s dans ce num\u00e9ro apportent un \u00e9clairage pluridisciplinaire in\u00e9dit sur les bouleversements qui ont transform\u00e9 le travail en Chine au cours des 70 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Ils mettent en lumi\u00e8re la diversit\u00e9 des r\u00e9gimes de travail et la mani\u00e8re dont celle-ci affecte les politiques d\u2019identit\u00e9 des travailleurs et leur agentivit\u00e9. Ils documentent les ruptures et les continuit\u00e9s dans les relations de travail, les modes d\u2019organisation des travailleurs, les institutions d\u2019encadrement et les politiques d\u2019identit\u00e9 au cours du passage \u00e0 un travail marchandis\u00e9 au milieu des ann\u00e9es 1990. Evoquer l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019histoire r\u00e9cente de la R\u00e9publique populaire est d\u2019autant plus n\u00e9cessaire que la m\u00e9moire de la p\u00e9riode mao\u00efste, comme certaines de ses institutions, continuent \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner les comportements des acteurs sociaux.<\/p>\n
