Si l’industrialisation du Japon n’a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un fort ancrage politique, \u00e9conomique, social et culturel de la part des institutions nationales, celle-ci a engendr\u00e9 de grosses impressions quant \u00e0 la haute performance de son \u00e9conomie et de l’\u00e9mergence d’un certain nombre de grandes entreprises sur la sc\u00e8ne mondiale, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1980. Ces grandes entreprises ont entam\u00e9 ainsi le projet de devenir internationales, par le biais de la strat\u00e9gie de \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9gionalisation\u00a0\u00bb. La r\u00e9gionalisation, issue de l’internationalisation, se r\u00e9v\u00e8le comme un processus dynamique permettant d’acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des march\u00e9s \u00e9trangers sans barri\u00e8res fixes, arrangeant les entreprises \u00e0 vendre leurs produits et services dans des cadres plus circonscrits que des pays ; \u00e0 savoir les r\u00e9gions. En se basant sur des r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels th\u00e9oriques en\u00a0 Management\u00a0 Strat\u00e9gique\u00a0 et\u00a0 en\u00a0 Management\u00a0 International,\u00a0 la communication suivante se focalise sur les op\u00e9rations strat\u00e9giques des entreprises multinationales (EMNs) japonaises en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9gionalisation europ\u00e9enne (Europ\u00e9anisation). Elle consistera en une br\u00e8ve revue de litt\u00e9rature portant sur l’approche des Japonais en mati\u00e8re d’internationalisation, et les enjeux organisationnels avant d’aborder, par des \u00e9tudes de cas, les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du choix strat\u00e9gique r\u00e9gional en Europe.<\/p>\n

Biographie :<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Louis-Caleb<\/em> Remanda est jeune chercheur en sciences de gestion au sein du LAREQUOI, Laboratoire de Management de l’Universit\u00e9 de Versailles-Saint-Quentin \/ Paris Saclay. Il a r\u00e9cemment soutenu sa th\u00e8se de doctorat portant sur les relations multinationales au sein des entreprises japonaises op\u00e9rant en Europe. Enseignant \u00e0 l’ISM – IAE de Versailles Saint-Quentin et \u00e0 l’IUT de Mantes-en-Yvelines, ses int\u00e9r\u00eats dans la recherche et ses publications sont ax\u00e9s en Management Strat\u00e9gique et en Relations Internationales.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
