Biographie<\/h3>\n

Professeur de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Hiroshima, ancien conservateur en chef du Mus\u00e9e National de T\u00f4ky\u00f4. Sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019histoire de la peinture bouddhique au Japon, de la p\u00e9riode Asuka \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode Muromachi. Il a publi\u00e9 des nombreux ouvrages sur les peintures des temples Ishiyama, T\u00f4ji, et K\u00f4yasan. Il applique des m\u00e9thodes d’imagerie par rayons X et lumi\u00e8re infrarouge pour analyser les pi\u00e8ces de mani\u00e8re scientifique. Ces informations permettent compl\u00e9ter celles issues de l\u2019analyse esth\u00e9tique des oeuvres.<\/p>\n

Ce cours introduit les variantes de kana utilis\u00e9es dans les documents japonais anciens, en se basant sur des rouleaux d’images Shigisan Engi Emaki <\/em>de la p\u00e9riode Heian.<\/p>\n

Ajima apportera des textes originaux pour vous exercer \u00e0 les lire, et comme il est lui- m\u00eame professeur de calligraphie, il vous apprendra aussi \u00e0 les \u00e9crire.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019agit de pr\u00e9senter les pratiques religieuses des nobles de cour de l\u2019\u00e9poque Heian \u00e0 partir de documents iconographiques. M. Ajima utilisera pour cela des peintures religieuses repr\u00e9sentatives, qui \u00e9taient utilis\u00e9es lors de rituels du bouddhisme \u00e9sot\u00e9rique (mikky\u00f4), amidistes (j\u00f4doky\u00f4) ou encore relevant du enky\u00f4 (croyances amidistes int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans le bouddhisme \u00e9sot\u00e9rique).
