Comme l\u2019ont montr\u00e9 les \u00e9tudes occidentales et chinoises sur le statut des textes confuc\u00e9ens, l\u2019une des principales caract\u00e9ristiques d\u2019un classique est d\u2019\u00eatre associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des commentaires et de devenir tel par le biais de commentaires. Yang Xiong \u63da\u96c4 (53 av. J.-C.-18), l\u2019un des principaux \u00e9rudits de la fin de la dynastie des Han occidentaux, lorsqu\u2019on lui demandait dans son travail imitatif sur les Entretiens confuc\u00e9ens, Les Propos mod\u00e8les (Fayan \u6cd5\u8a00), si un classique pouvait \u00eatre amplifi\u00e9 ou diminu\u00e9, r\u00e9pondait clairement que pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la nature d\u2019un texte classique est de supporter de telles op\u00e9rations de correction et d\u2019expansion. En d\u2019autres termes, un classique n\u2019est pas exactement \u00e9tabli ni dans sa forme textuelle ni dans sa signification r\u00e9elle. L\u2019objectif de cette intervention sera, \u00e0 travers une lecture attentive d\u2019un court passage du Lunyu \u8ad6\u8a9e, IX, 4, de montrer la plasticit\u00e9 du texte classique et de d\u00e9crypter quelques proc\u00e9d\u00e9s herm\u00e9neutiques et impasses historiques qui ont rendu possible le renouvellement constant du sens et de la texture m\u00eame de les paroles attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 Confucius. J\u2019\u00e9tudierai comment les lectures de diverses dynasties inscrites dans des traditions \u00e9rudites diff\u00e9rentes modifient et r\u00e9\u00e9crivent en le texte classique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
