\u201cJe voulais en savoir plus, comprendre, analyser ma situation au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un point de vue personnel, la replacer dans une analyse philosophique d\u2019un syst\u00e8me global. Ce tiraillement entre le personnel et la pr\u00e9tendue objectivit\u00e9 de la science, entre le militantisme et la recherche, a \u00e9t\u00e9 parfois douloureux, source d\u2019incompr\u00e9hension entre le monde universitaire et moi<\/em>\u201d, Puisieux Charlotte, De chair et de fer.<\/em> Vivre et lutter dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 validiste<\/em>, La d\u00e9couverte, Paris, 2022, p.72.<\/p>\n

La recherche dans le domaine ne cesse de d\u00e9plier les nuances et les degr\u00e9s des handicaps, de ses implications pour les personnes dans le champ m\u00e9dico-social. Les connaissances s\u2019\u00e9laborent sur les origines des situations handicapantes, le v\u00e9cu et les retentissements pour les personnes concern\u00e9es, ainsi que les solutions de d\u00e9passements de cat\u00e9gories par nature r\u00e9ductrices. Th\u00e9oriquement, l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 reconna\u00eet le Handicap comme le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019interactions complexes entre exp\u00e9rience d\u2019une (ou de plusieurs) alt\u00e9ration(s) biologique(s), les sympt\u00f4mes d\u2019une maladie chronique invalidante par exemple, et, les facteurs environnementaux personnels et sociaux. Empiriquement, l\u2019analyse de ces interactions n\u2019est pas ais\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

En articulant les t\u00e9moignages et les savoirs d\u2019exp\u00e9rience des personnes en situation, les v\u00e9cus -individuels et collectifs- et les th\u00e9ories bio-m\u00e9dico-sociales, la recherche tente de renouveler \u00e0 la fois les cat\u00e9gories de ce qui peut \u00eatre objet de la recherche, les th\u00e9matiques abord\u00e9es par la recherche, les trajectoires et les positionnements des agents de la recherche. Ce sont ces articulations complexes et in\u00e9dites entre m\u00e9tiers, v\u00e9cus, objets et sujets, mais aussi leur f\u00e9condit\u00e9 pour la science, que l\u2019on se propose d\u2019\u00e9tudier au fil de ce s\u00e9minaire.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Sur quel paradigme \u00e9pist\u00e9mologique construit-on les connaissances contemporaines dans le domaine des handicaps ? Quelle(s) valeur(s) \u00e9thique(s), quelle(s) validit\u00e9(s) \u00e9pist\u00e9mologique(s) (th\u00e9orie de la connaissance) et \u00e9pist\u00e9mique(s) (des savoirs) s\u2019en d\u00e9gagent ? Comment s\u2019articulent et\/ou devraient s\u2019articuler la place de chacun des agents \u00e9pist\u00e9miques de la recherche ? \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Les recherches interdisciplinaires dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 ont ce pr\u00e9-requis d\u2019impliquer des personnes en situation -patients, malades chroniques, aidants, usagers, etc-. Les recherches participatives ou recherches-action deviennent une condition sine qua non pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un appel \u00e0 projet scientifique. Rel\u00e8ve-t-elle d\u2019une injonction politique, \u00e9thique ou v\u00e9ritablement \u00e9pist\u00e9mologique ? Il est souvent difficile de le d\u00e9terminer. Les conditions mat\u00e9rielles de production de la recherche et les relations sociales dans le cadre de co-construction des savoirs sont rarement encadr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

A travers une pr\u00e9sentation des pratiques et des postures –ethos- <\/em>\u00e9pist\u00e9miques par l\u2019ensemble des agents de la recherche eux-m\u00eames, ce s\u00e9minaire \u201cHandicap et agents \u00e9pist\u00e9miques\u201d<\/u> sera l\u2019occasion d\u2019un temps de partage, d\u2019\u00e9change et de r\u00e9flexivit\u00e9 au sujet des enjeux \u00e9thiques, \u00e9pist\u00e9mologiques et \u00e9pist\u00e9miques du champ.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00ab Quand je commen\u00e7ais \u00e0 lire certains des \u00e9l\u00e9ments que les acad\u00e9miciens valides, chercheurs et professionnels avaient \u00e9crit, et continuent d\u2019\u00e9crire, \u00e0 propos de la d\u00e9ficience et du handicap, j\u2019\u00e9tais et je reste perturb\u00e9 comme \u00e0 quel point cela ne relatait que peu ma propre exp\u00e9rience ou, m\u00eame, celle de la plupart des autres personnes handicap\u00e9es que j\u2019avais connues. Au cours des ann\u00e9es qui ont suivi, il a graduellement \u00e9merg\u00e9 en moi que si les personnes handicap\u00e9es laissaient aux autres le soin d\u2019\u00e9crire au sujet du handicap, nous finirions avec des r\u00e9cits impr\u00e9cis et inexacts de nos exp\u00e9riences, des prestations de services inappropri\u00e9s et des pratiques professionnelles bas\u00e9es sur ces inexactitudes et distorsions.<\/em>\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n
