L\u2019Institut la Personne en m\u00e9decine finance et accompagne des projets de recherche interdisciplinaire sur les th\u00e9matiques d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019Institut. L\u2019appel \u00e0 projets finance des actions de recherches ou de diffusion pour un montant maximum de 10 000 euros tels que :<\/p>\n

Porteurs : Marco Araneda et Maron Koeltz<\/strong><\/p>\n Cette recherche qualitative et longitudinale vise \u00e0 comprendre et analyser de mani\u00e8re approfondie le v\u00e9cu psychique et les modes de subjectivation de patients adultes trait\u00e9s par greffe de cellules souches h\u00e9matopo\u00ef\u00e9tiques, avant la greffe et dans les mois qui suivent l\u2019hospitalisation.<\/p>\n Pour les patients atteints de cancers h\u00e9matologiques, la greffe de cellules souches h\u00e9matopo\u00ef\u00e9tiques s\u2019av\u00e8re parfois \u00eatre le seul traitement possible, malgr\u00e9 le risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 de complications. La p\u00e9riode qui suit l\u2019hospitalisation est particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9licate pour les patients, qui font l\u2019objet d\u2019un suivi tr\u00e8s rapproch\u00e9, concomitant \u00e0 la reprise progressive d\u2019une vie autonome hors de l\u2019h\u00f4pital. Il s\u2019agit donc de rep\u00e9rer et d\u2019analyser les processus psychiques de subjectivation \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre chez les patients devant cette situation in\u00e9dite et complexe.<\/p>\n Cette recherche se base sur l\u2019analyse des entretiens r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec des patients trait\u00e9s par greffe \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital Saint-Louis. Dans un contexte de fortes disparit\u00e9s d’acc\u00e8s aux droits et aux soins, nous analyserons l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des mineur.es et de leur entourage et les modalit\u00e9s de leur accompagnement.<\/p>\n Le sujet des \u00e9vacuations sanitaires dans les territoires d\u2019Outre-Mer de l\u2019Oc\u00e9an Indien s\u2019inscrit dans une r\u00e9flexion plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale sur les mobilit\u00e9s et circulations th\u00e9rapeutiques, et sur les exp\u00e9riences de sant\u00e9 et de soin des populations migrantes. A Mayotte, la complexit\u00e9 des parcours de soins des patient.es s\u2019explique autant par leur situation de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9, l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 administrative et une offre de soins insuffisante. Dans ce contexte singulier, nous avons choisi d\u2019observer la situation d\u2019accompagnement de personnes faisant ou ayant fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une \u00e9vacuation sanitaire de Mayotte vers l\u2019Ile de La R\u00e9union et de leur famille – \u00e0 travers l\u2019observation du fonctionnement du dispositif EVASAN. L’objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est donc de d\u00e9gager les impacts psychiques de la br\u00fblure, qui est une affection somatique grave et extr\u00eame advenant la plupart du temps dans un contexte traumatique, mais aussi de l’hospitalisation et des traitements chirurgicaux lourds (notamment greffes de peau) dont ils ont pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier.\u00a0 Dans une perspective interdisciplinaire, cette recherche se veut comme un dialogue entre traitements m\u00e9dicaux de pointe et accueil de l’exp\u00e9rience intime du patient. La dimension d’impact psychique \u00e9tant \u00e0 prendre \u00e0 la fois dans le sens des r\u00e9percussions des soins sur le psychisme du patient, mais aussi dans une dimension de fonction psychique que le soin somatique pourrait rev\u00eatir pour le patient. Il met en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019intrication de trois types de r\u00e9cits qui entourent et constituent l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de l\u2019\u00e9pilepsie chronique : le r\u00e9cit de la m\u00e9decine, le r\u00e9cit du patient et celui des t\u00e9moins (les proches, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, la culture).
