Il vise plus \u00e0 \u00e9tudier les effets de la r\u00e9organisation de ces ressources et des modalit\u00e9s de confinement et de \u00ab d\u00e9confinement \u00bb sur la prise en charge des malades chroniques. Leur exp\u00e9rience est envisag\u00e9e au prisme des transformations et adaptations de leur r\u00e9seau de soin habituel qui en soutient la qualit\u00e9 et le continuum. \u00c0 la lumi\u00e8re d\u2019enqu\u00eates exploratoires et en mettant en \u0153uvre une expertise pluridisciplinaire<\/strong>, nous faisons l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se que les reconfigurations des pratiques et r\u00e9seaux de soin suscit\u00e9es par la crise sanitaire ont des r\u00e9percussions majeures sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des malades chroniques, exp\u00e9rience entendue dans sa dimension pratique (vie quotidienne et prise en charge) et dans sa dimension subjective (v\u00e9cu psychosocial de la maladie et rapport au syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9). Nous reconstituerons l\u2019encha\u00eenement de ces r\u00e9organisations pendant la p\u00e9riode du confinement et la p\u00e9riode post-confinement, pour saisir chronologiquement et structurellement leurs r\u00e9percussions, et ainsi mieux renseigner les enjeux de la crise sanitaire actuelle mais plus largement de toute crise future pour une population jug\u00e9e \u00e0 risque.<\/p>\n Le choix d\u2019une\u00a0m\u00e9thodologie qualitative et participative par recherche-action impliquant patient\u00b7es, acteur\u00b7rices du r\u00e9seau de soin m\u00e9dical, psycho-social et familial, ainsi que des patient\u00b7es repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7es d\u2019associations de malades chroniques comme co-chercheur\u00b7ses \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du projet<\/strong>\u00a0(de sa conception \u00e0 sa conduite), vise \u00e0 produire des r\u00e9sultats au plus pr\u00e8s de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de l\u2019ensemble de ces acteur\u00b7rices, tout en soutenant leur transf\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des communaut\u00e9s scientifiques et citoyennes en vue de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la d\u00e9mocratie sanitaire.
