Notre syst\u00e8me de soin traverse une crise majeure o\u00f9 toutes ses dimensions sont \u00e0 repenser\u00a0: formations, organisations, financements, etc. Dans un tel contexte, quelles mani\u00e8res de prendre soin, de soutenir et d\u2019accompagner\u00a0parviennent \u00e0 \u00e9merger, \u00e0 se transformer, \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des patients, de leurs proches et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00ab Conf\u00e9rences Grand Public de l\u2019Institut La Personne En M\u00e9decine \u00bb visent \u00e0 \u00e9clairer les questions actuelles li\u00e9es aux pratiques, aux relations et aux politiques de sant\u00e9 et de soin. Elles portent en particulier leur attention sur la place faite aux exp\u00e9riences, aux voix et \u00e0 la participation des personnes malades, de leurs proches et des professionnels de sant\u00e9 dans la d\u00e9finition du soin. Pour cela, elles donnent la parole \u00e0 des chercheuses et \u00e0 des chercheurs qui sont engag\u00e9s dans des recherches pluri- ou interdisciplinaires visant \u00e0 renouveler tant les sciences humaines et sociales que les sciences biom\u00e9dicales.<\/p>\n<p>Ces conf\u00e9rences sont destin\u00e9es \u00e0 toutes les personnes concern\u00e9es par le soin non seulement en m\u00e9decine mais, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, dans nos vies et dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, et, en particulier, aux personnes qui contribuent \u00e0 en faire reconna\u00eetre le caract\u00e8re central et \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9liorer dans toutes ses dimensions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les s\u00e9ances sont gratuites et ouvertes \u00e0 tous. Outre les particularit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises des modalit\u00e9s de sa prise en charge, le succ\u00e8s de la m\u00e9decine thermale repose sur la recherche de soin, de soulagement et de traitement par des personnes souvent affect\u00e9es de maladies chroniques ou de pathologies li\u00e9es au vieillissement. Secou\u00e9e par la crise sanitaire actuelle, la m\u00e9decine thermale repose sur une histoire atypique et des savoir-faire sp\u00e9cifiques dans le traitement, le soulagement et l\u2019accompagnement dans une longue dur\u00e9e de personnes dont les maladies \u00e9chappent \u00e0 la gu\u00e9rison et s\u2019inscrivent dans le temps.
