La notion de subjectivation a actuellement une place centrale dans le domaine des relations de soin et en particulier la clinique du handicap. Processus toujours ouvert, jamais achev\u00e9, il constitue un outil pr\u00e9cieux pour explorer les enjeux psychiques des situations de handicap. Il rend compte de l\u2019articulation entre d\u2019une part le corps organique, dont les processus ne sont jamais compl\u00e9tement soumis au r\u00e9gime du corps \u00e9rog\u00e8ne, et d\u2019autre part le lien \u00e0 l\u2019autre, au monde, \u00e0 la symbolisation, et in fine la construction en tant que sujet.
Mais la clinique du handicap a montr\u00e9 \u00e0 maintes reprises comment les personnes concern\u00e9es par le handicap sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences de d\u00e9subjectivation de la part de l\u2019autre, d\u00e9ni de la subjectivit\u00e9, d\u00e9ni de la valeur des produits de la pens\u00e9e, mobilisant des dynamiques de d\u00e9shumanisation (particuli\u00e8rement fortes dans les situations de polyhandicap).
Ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes \u2013 tels que la stigmatisation et l\u2019exclusion- qui ont lieu dans l\u2019espace social \u00e9largi ont des effets importants et d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res, sur la vie psychique du sujet concern\u00e9 par le handicap.
Tout sujet a besoin de se voir, de s\u2019entendre, de se sentir et d\u2019\u00eatre vu et entendu. Le regard et les soins parentaux constituent un premier reflet dont dispose l\u2019enfant pour se construire. Mais comment avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la r\u00e9flexivit\u00e9 quand le handicap d\u00e9clenche un d\u00e9tournement du regard ? Ou encore, des anticipations sombres sur l\u2019avenir possible pour la personne concern\u00e9e ? Comment alors maintenir la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tablir un travail de subjectivation\u00a0?
La rencontre avec l\u2019autre permet au sujet d\u2019entamer ce processus de re-subjectivation. Les \u00e9quipes interdisciplinaires et les institutions de soin peuvent favoriser la construction d\u2019une nouvelle version du positionnement du sujet dans le monde en \u00e9laborant avec lui de nouvelles r\u00e9alit\u00e9s corporelles et relationnelles<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
