Le D\u00e9partement Histoire et Philosophie des Sciences (HPS), cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2004, constitue une unit\u00e9 transversale de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, en lien avec de nombreuses UFR de Sciences et de M\u00e9decine.<\/p>\n
Il promeut une approche transdisciplinaire dans l\u2019\u00e9tude des sciences, qui articule syst\u00e9matiquement\u00a0: tout d\u2019abord, une philosophie attentive aux th\u00e9ories, aux concepts et aux pratiques propres aux diff\u00e9rents champs du savoir scientifique ; ensuite, une perspective historique, qui ne s\u00e9pare jamais les savoirs de leur histoire, de l\u2019Antiquit\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la p\u00e9riode contemporaine ; enfin, une attention aux enjeux sociaux et politiques des sciences.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un programme synth\u00e9tique et complet d\u2019enseignements situ\u00e9 au carrefour de la philosophie, de l\u2019histoire, de la sociologie des sciences et de la me\u0301decine, mettant l\u2019accent sur les enjeux a\u0300 la fois philosophiques, e\u0301piste\u0301mologiques et socio-politiques de toutes les sciences telles qu\u2019elles se pratiquent.<\/p>\n Le programme du Master HPS organise une mise \u00e0 niveau m\u00e9thodologique, une introduction g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste \u00e0 la philosophie des sciences comme \u00e0 l\u2019histoire des sciences, ainsi qu\u2019une sp\u00e9cialisation progressive dans l\u2019une des sous-disciplines enseign\u00e9es. Le Master HPS est conc\u0327u pour accueillir des e\u0301tudiants venant d\u2019horizons tre\u0300s varie\u0301s (philosophie, histoire des sciences, histoire, mathe\u0301matiques, sciences physiques, biologie, me\u0301decine), et pour permettre a\u0300 tous, en deux ans, quelle que soit leur formation initiale, tout a\u0300 la fois d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une culture ge\u0301ne\u0301rale en philosophie et en histoire des sciences, de se familiariser avec les outils me\u0301thodologiques de re\u0301flexion sur les sciences, et d\u2019approfondir progressivement une the\u0301matique pre\u0301cise.<\/p>\n Le Master HPS recouvre au niveau M2 d\u2019une part un master professionnel, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer l\u2019orientation professionnelle des \u00e9tudiants vers les m\u00e9tiers du patrimoine et de la m\u00e9diation scientifique, et d\u2019autre part un master de recherche, lequel peut se prolonger par un travail doctoral, notamment au sein de l\u2019\u00c9cole doctorale \u00ab Savoirs, Sciences, \u00c9ducation \u00bb (ED 623) d\u2019Universite\u0301 Paris Cit\u00e9.<\/p>\n Scolarit\u00e9 Master HPS (Candidatures, brochure, emploi du temps,…)<\/a><\/p>\n Un parcours au sein du Master HPS ouvrira en septembre 2022\u00a0: le Master Logos, master transdisciplinaire couvrant l\u2019ensemble des sciences du langage, de la linguistique l\u2019informatique fondamentale en passant par la philosophie des sciences et la logique math\u00e9matique. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un parcours de M1 et de M2 commun \u00e0 quatre Masters d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 : le Master HPS, le Master de Sciences du langage, le Master de Logique Math\u00e9matique et le Master \u00ab Math\u00e9matiques et Informatique \u00bb. Le but de ce Master est de proposer, non seulement un ensemble complet de comp\u00e9tences formelles, concernant par exemple le Traitement Automatique du Langage, mais aussi une connaissance globale
