Il prend appui sur un double constat contemporain : le changement \u00e0 grande vitesse des rep\u00e8res du politique, qu\u2019on analyse souvent comme une crise multiforme (crises de la repr\u00e9sentation, de la d\u00e9mocratie, de l\u2019int\u00e9gration, etc.), n\u00e9cessitant elle-m\u00eame de renforcer les interactions entre le monde acad\u00e9mique et la Cit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
