z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb500&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Affectations structurelles<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Institut de Recherche pour le D\u00e9veloppement (IRD)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9f\u00e9rent scientifique incontournable sur les grands enjeux du d\u00e9veloppement et organisme pluridisciplinaire reconnu internationalement, l\u2019Institut de recherche pour le d\u00e9veloppement est un \u00e9tablissement public fran\u00e7ais plac\u00e9 sous la double tutelle du minist\u00e8re en charge de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, de la recherche et de l\u2019innovation et de celui de l\u2019Europe et des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res. Il porte depuis plus de 75 ans, une d\u00e9marche originale de recherche, d\u2019expertise, de formation et de partage des savoirs au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des territoires et pays qui font de la science et de l\u2019innovation un des premiers leviers de leur d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Agence r\u00e9gionale de sant\u00e9 Ile-de-France (ARS-IdF)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ARS Ile-de-France met en \u0153uvre la politique r\u00e9gionale de sant\u00e9, en coordination avec les partenaires et en tenant compte des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gion et de ses territoires. Ses actions visent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 de la population et \u00e0 rendre le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 plus efficace.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Affectation g\u00e9ographique<\/h2>\n<p>Le\u00b7la courtier\u00b7i\u00e8re en connaissances sera affect\u00e9\u00b7e au sein de la Direction de la Sant\u00e9 Publique de l\u2019ARS-IdF \u00e0 partir du mois d\u2019avril 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Des d\u00e9placements sont \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir dans la r\u00e9gion Ile-de-France.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Conditions d\u2019emploi<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dur\u00e9e du contrat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e totale du contrat est de 18 mois. Le contrat d\u00e9butera au mois d\u2019avril 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration brute<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ing\u00e9nieur d\u2019\u00e9tudes\u00a0: entre 2 133,57\u20ac et 2 578,74\u20ac bruts mensuels, selon exp\u00e9rience<\/p>\n<p>Ing\u00e9nieur de recherche\u00a0: entre 2 363,39\u20ac et 3 042,86\u20ac bruts mensuels, selon exp\u00e9rience<\/p>\n<p>Post-doctorant\u00a0: entre 2 514,74\u20ac et 3 137,98\u20ac bruts mensuels, selon exp\u00e9rience<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Description du poste<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Contexte<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 et l\u2019exacerbation des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales de sant\u00e9 (ISS) en France, notamment en \u00cele-de-France, confirment l\u2019urgence de renforcer le lien entre le monde de la science et celui de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. La prise de d\u00e9cision pour changer les pratiques \u00e0 partir des r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une recherche est difficile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. C\u2019est pour cela que nous souhaitons mettre en \u0153uvre une intervention innovante : <em>le courtage en connaissances. <\/em>Dans l\u2019intervention que nous proposons, le\u00b7la courtier\u00b7i\u00e8re en connaissances est une personne qui facilite la production, le partage et l\u2019utilisation des connaissances scientifiques et qui exerce une fonction de m\u00e9diation entre le monde de la recherche et celui de l\u2019action. Il s\u2019agira de soutenir les prises de d\u00e9cision sur la base de connaissances scientifiques dans le champ des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Missions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Missions \u00ab proactives \u00bb :\n<ul>\n<li>Rep\u00e9rer les donn\u00e9es et les exp\u00e9riences probantes permettant de soutenir les interventions\/actions visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales de sant\u00e9 (ISS) ;<\/li>\n<li>Mettre ces derni\u00e8res \u00e0 disposition des acteurs de l\u2019ARS-IdF et de ses partenaires\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9valuer la possibilit\u00e9 de fonder des actions de promotion de la sant\u00e9 existantes ou \u00e9ventuellement cr\u00e9\u00e9es sur ces connaissances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Missions \u00ab r\u00e9actives \u00bb :\n<ul>\n<li>Rep\u00e9rer des actions engag\u00e9es ou soutenues par l\u2019ARS-IdF et susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre confort\u00e9es par des connaissances scientifiques ou des donn\u00e9es probantes et\/ou prometteuses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Missions \u00ab de transfert\/\u00e9change \u00bb :\n<ul>\n<li>Former des collaborateur\u00b7rices-cl\u00e9\u00b7es \u00e0 la mobilisation de connaissances et de donn\u00e9es probantes dans le domaine de la r\u00e9duction des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Missions \u00ab de m\u00e9diation et d\u2019accompagnement au changement \u00bb :\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper une approche r\u00e9flexive et participative sur les diff\u00e9rentes approches des ISS en sant\u00e9 publique et au sein de l\u2019ARS-IdF (approche par les populations \u00ab\u00a0vuln\u00e9rables\u00a0\u00bb, approche d\u2019universalisme proportionn\u00e9e, approches populationnelles).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Activit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Objectif sp\u00e9cifique 1\u00a0: Former l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u00e9di\u00e9e au courtage en connaissances.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s de formation reposent sur les donn\u00e9es probantes les plus r\u00e9centes sur les strat\u00e9gies et les outils pour r\u00e9aliser les activit\u00e9s d\u2019interm\u00e9diation et de m\u00e9diation des connaissances. Il s\u2019agit par exemple de la r\u00e9alisation de notes de politiques qui, r\u00e9dig\u00e9es sans jargon, constituent l\u2019un des outils privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s pour diffuser les r\u00e9sultats des analyses aux responsables en sant\u00e9. Il peut aussi s\u2019agir d\u2019infographies, de capsules vid\u00e9o, de diaporamas ou encore d\u2019ateliers d\u00e9lib\u00e9ratifs. Ces diff\u00e9rents outils seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et feront l\u2019objet d\u2019une appropriation par l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Objectif sp\u00e9cifique 2\u00a0: Accompagner l\u2019\u00e9quipe dans une strat\u00e9gie approfondie, continue et interactive avec les d\u00e9cideur\u00b7se<\/strong><strong>s politiques et acteur\u00b7rice<\/strong>\u00b7<strong>s op\u00e9rationnel\u00b7le<\/strong>\u00b7<strong>s.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape sera d\u2019\u00e9laborer un plan de \u00ab\u00a0transfert\/\u00e9change de connaissances\u00a0\u00bb pour chacune des probl\u00e9matiques retenues autour des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales de sant\u00e9. Ce plan permettra de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 sept questions : Quoi transf\u00e9rer\/\u00e9changer ? \u00c0 qui transf\u00e9rer\/\u00e9changer ? Pourquoi transf\u00e9rer\/\u00e9changer ? Qui devrait transf\u00e9rer\/\u00e9changer ? Comment transf\u00e9rer\/\u00e9changer ? Comment \u00e9valuer si les activit\u00e9s produisent les effets escompt\u00e9s ? Quand transf\u00e9rer\/\u00e9changer ?<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape sera d\u2019accompagner \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de notes de politiques. Les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe seront accompagn\u00e9s pour produire (au moins) deux notes de politique sur le\/les r\u00e9sultat(s) qui leur apparaissent comme les plus importants concernant les probl\u00e9matiques cibl\u00e9es. L\u2019accompagnateur soutiendra le\u00b7la courtier\u00b7i\u00e8re pour organiser et co-animer un (ou plusieurs) atelier(s) \u00ab d\u00e9lib\u00e9ratif \u00bb, c\u2019est -\u00e0-dire un processus de transfert interactif qui r\u00e9unit une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019acteurs impliqu\u00e9s ou touch\u00e9s par un enjeu pour discuter des solutions, en se basant sur des donn\u00e9es de recherche et en utilisant la d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration pour aboutir \u00e0 une entente (consensus ou non) ou \u00e0 un plan d\u2019action \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. Les r\u00e9sultats de recherche sur les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales de sant\u00e9 serviront de point de d\u00e9part pour discuter de mani\u00e8re plus large de la strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 adopter pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Objectif sp\u00e9cifique 3\u00a0: Cr\u00e9er les conditions favorables \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019approches dissidentes sur les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales de sant\u00e9.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De fa\u00e7on transversale, le\u00b7la courtier\u00b7i\u00e8re mobilisera des techniques sp\u00e9cifiques de communication pour favoriser des dialogues ouverts sur les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales de sant\u00e9 permettant l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019approches innovantes sur les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales de sant\u00e9 et sortir des approches cibl\u00e9es sur les populations vuln\u00e9rables. Il s\u2019agira de discuter des valeurs et des implications politiques propres aux diff\u00e9rentes approches mais aussi des d\u00e9fis et des opportunit\u00e9s pour en penser et mettre en \u0153uvre de nouvelles.
