L\u2019initiative de cr\u00e9er un nouveau type de convention de partenariat est partie du constat qu\u2019avec la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de la logique de projet, de plus en plus de charg\u00e9s de mission, de responsables administratifs ou de d\u00e9cideurs institutionnels souhaitaient plus d\u2019appuis \u00a0pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions et s\u2019orienter dans le flot des informations.<\/p>\r\n

Un accompagnement scientifique \u00e0 trois niveaux<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Dans sa formule de convention le GRIP propose un suivi allant du tout d\u00e9but du projet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa promotion, en fin d\u2019op\u00e9ration<\/strong>. En cela, le GRIP n\u2019est pas prestataire de services au sens o\u00f9 il conduirait un audit ou prodiguerait des conseils ponctuels. Le GRIP ne con\u00e7oit d\u2019ailleurs pas davantage les livrables du projet qu\u2019il accompagne. Son suivi consiste en compagnonnage en continu, qui se d\u00e9ploie sur trois niveaux (veille scientifique<\/em><\/strong>, conseil r\u00e9gulier dialogu\u00e9<\/em><\/strong>, valorisation<\/strong><\/em>)<\/p>\r\n

Sous forme de points d\u2019attention mensuels r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de tous les documents re\u00e7us du partenaire et des \u00e9changes et r\u00e9unions tenus avec lui \u00ab au fil de l\u2019eau \u00bb.
