Les nouvelles technologies rentrent dans la vie quotidienne et remod\u00e8lent les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du monde entier \u00e0 un rythme toujours plus rapide. Si l'\u00e9volution technologique a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement analys\u00e9e comme provenant des pays du Nord qui se sont industrialis\u00e9s en premier depuis le 18e et le 19e si\u00e8cle, ce tableau n'est pas satisfaisant pour explorer les moteurs et les cons\u00e9quences de l'\u00e9volution technologique dans le contexte de la contribution croissante des pays en d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e9mergents \u00e0 l'\u00e9conomie mondiale. Il est certain que les technologies provenant du Nord global ont un impact \u00e9norme sur les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du Sud global, mais les analyses du changement technologique doivent int\u00e9grer d'autres types de circulations (Sud-Sud et Sud-Nord, sch\u00e9matiquement), afin de d\u00e9velopper une meilleure compr\u00e9hension du devenir technologique du monde global. Afin de comprendre l'ampleur de ce changement, nous nous engageons dans un programme de recherche qui applique le cadre de la \"mondialisation par le bas\" aux march\u00e9s mondiaux de la technologie (Tarrius 2002 ; Mathews et al 2012 ; Choplin & Pliez 2018). L'hypoth\u00e8se fondamentale qui guide cette recherche est que le d\u00e9veloppement des technologies empruntera une voie sp\u00e9cifique aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du Sud. Les sessions du s\u00e9minaire documenteront les questions sociales relatives \u00e0 l'expansion technologique dans les contextes en d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e9mergents, sur la base de recherches empiriques. Ce faisant, elles mettront en \u00e9vidence le dynamisme scientifique et technologique des pays du Sud, ainsi que les cons\u00e9quences souvent d\u00e9vastatrices du d\u00e9veloppement technologique pour les populations subalternis\u00e9es. Deuxi\u00e8mement, ils caract\u00e9riseront la mondialisation technologique \"d'en bas\", \u00e0 travers la formulation d'outils analytiques ; ils enrichiront donc la conception de l'expansion technique d'un point de vue original, en accordant une attention particuli\u00e8re aux processus d'expansion technologique en relation avec les contextes en d\u00e9veloppement, o\u00f9 l'informalit\u00e9 du travail et l'innovation pauvre en ressources sont des pr\u00e9occupations majeures. Le s\u00e9minaire est interdisciplinaire avec un accent majeur sur les \"Science & Technology Studies\".<\/div>
