Ce s\u00e9minaire de recherche vise \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 la structuration d\u2019un r\u00e9seau de recherche sur les \u00ab Outre-mer \u00bb en sciences sociales<\/strong>. En partant du cas fran\u00e7ais, mais sans s\u2019y limiter (et donc en \u00e9tendant la r\u00e9flexion aux territoires qui, d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre, sont dans une situation de non-souverainet\u00e9 ou de souverainet\u00e9 restreinte), il s\u2019agit d\u2019explorer notamment les situations postcoloniales de d\u00e9pendances politiques, \u00e9conomiques, sanitaires ; les questions sp\u00e9cifiques pos\u00e9es par la gouvernance et les usages du domaine maritime, et plus largement des ressources naturelles ; la reconfiguration des rapports entre \u00ab Suds \u00bb et \u00ab Nords \u00bb du point de vue de la globalisation ou de l\u2019articulation entre politiques publiques et savoirs autochtones. Le programme du s\u00e9minaire est con\u00e7u avec l\u2019appui d\u2019une \u00e9quipe scientifique pluridisciplinaire (histoire, anthropologie, sociologie, sciences politiques et juridiques).<\/p>\n

En partant du cas fran\u00e7ais, mais sans s\u2019y limiter (et donc en \u00e9tendant la r\u00e9flexion aux territoires qui, d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre, sont dans une situation de non-souverainet\u00e9 ou de souverainet\u00e9 restreinte), il s\u2019agit d\u2019explorer notamment les situations postcoloniales de d\u00e9pendances politiques, \u00e9conomiques, sanitaires ; les questions sp\u00e9cifiques pos\u00e9es par la gouvernance et les usages du domaine maritime, et plus largement des ressources naturelles ; la reconfiguration des rapports entre \u00ab Suds \u00bb et \u00ab Nords \u00bb du point de vue de la globalisation ou de l\u2019articulation entre politiques publiques et savoirs autochtones. Le programme du s\u00e9minaire est con\u00e7u avec l\u2019appui d\u2019une \u00e9quipe scientifique pluridisciplinaire (histoire, anthropologie, sociologie, sciences politiques et juridiques).<\/p>
