Various factors are responsible for these changes. Some of them are regional competition, development of global supply chain networks, new social movements, automation of the production and services, digitalization of information system, changes in international trade regulations, and rapid environmental degradation, pandemics and global health hazards and associated policy changes and regulations. Consequences of these changes are uncertain. Along with scientific work, even public debate is beginning to discuss the backlash of the globalization movement, and questioning growth and the endangerment of democratic institutions. The future of global rise of companies is questioned in the light of these changes. There are indications that their strategies and structures are subject to tensions that could destabilized the productive and commercial networks in which they are embedded. In this emerging business environment, companies of all sizes and structures could find themselves facing a fundamental challenge for their growth and survival. While these enterprises play a fundamental role in employment generation, production and innovation, the regions in which they localized may also be impacted. Their position in the global economic hierarchy can change, leading to undesired economic and spatial consequences. Social, economic, political and academic actors believe these changes as dangerous, both for economic development and political stability. Divers facteurs sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine de ces changements. Parmi eux, on peut citer la concurrence r\u00e9gionale le d\u00e9veloppement des r\u00e9seaux de cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement mondiales, les nouveaux mouvements sociaux, l\u2019automatisation de la production et des services, la num\u00e9risation des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information, les changements dans les r\u00e9glementations du commerce international, et la rapide d\u00e9gradation de l\u2019environnement, les pand\u00e9mies et les risques sanitaires mondiaux, ainsi que les changements de politique et les r\u00e9glementations qui y sont associ\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Les cons\u00e9quences de ces changements sont incertaines. Parall\u00e8lement aux travaux scientifiques, m\u00eame le d\u00e9bat public commence \u00e0 discuter du contrecoup du mouvement de mondialisation, et \u00e0 remettre en question la croissance et la mise en danger des institutions d\u00e9mocratiques. L\u2019avenir de l\u2019ascension mondiale des entreprises est remis en question \u00e0 la la lumi\u00e8re de ces changements. Certains indices montrent que leurs strat\u00e9gies et leurs structures sont soumises \u00e0 des tensions qui pourraient d\u00e9stabiliser les r\u00e9seaux productifs et commerciaux dans lesquels elles s\u2019inscrivent.<\/p><p>Dans cet environnement entrepreneurial \u00e9mergent, les entreprises de toutes tailles et de toutes structures pourraient se trouver confront\u00e9es \u00e0 un d\u00e9fi fondamental pour leur croissance et leur survie. Alors que ces entreprises jouent un r\u00f4le fondamental dans la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois, la production et l\u2019innovation, les r\u00e9gions dans lesquelles elles sont localis\u00e9es peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre impact\u00e9es.<br \/>Leur position dans la hi\u00e9rarchie \u00e9conomique mondiale peut changer, entra\u00eenant des cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques et spatiales ind\u00e9sirables.<br \/>Les acteurs sociaux, \u00e9conomiques, politiques et universitaires estiment que ces changements sont dangereux, tant pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique que pour la stabilit\u00e9 politique.
