La pollution de l\u2019air atmosph\u00e9rique pose un grave probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 publique dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions du monde, mais il est en train de devenir particuli\u00e8rement pressant pour les m\u00e9tropoles africaines. Parmi les multiples causes de cette situation, l\u2019une d\u2019entre-elles est le r\u00e9sultat de la circulation d\u2019une marchandise globalis\u00e9e : les v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion r\u00e9form\u00e9s des march\u00e9s des pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Ce projet de recherche se donne pour objectif d\u2019expliquer :<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. la fa\u00e7on dont l\u2019enjeu de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration technique, sanitaire et environnemental du march\u00e9 du v\u00e9hicule d\u2019occasion a \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi par les pouvoirs publics africains ;<\/li>\n
  2. les n\u00e9gociations entre acteurs auxquelles ces nouvelles contraintes r\u00e9glementaires ont donn\u00e9 lieu ;<\/li>\n
  3. les perturbations et recompositions qu\u2019elles ont caus\u00e9es sur l\u2019organisation des march\u00e9s globaux et locaux, sur l\u2019orientation des flux, et sur les positions des acteurs de ces fili\u00e8res en Afrique.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Les terrains de recherche sont \u00e0 Accra, Dakar et Nairobi.<\/p>\n
