Ce projet vise \u00e0\u00a0connecter<\/em>\u00a0des archives concernant des expertises en d\u00e9veloppement issues de plusieurs pays africains et organisations internationales, et \u00e0\u00a0connecter<\/em>\u00a0chercheurs et chercheuses du Nord et du Sud autour d\u2019une plate-forme num\u00e9rique en ligne qui permettra d\u2019exploiter conjointement ce mat\u00e9riau. Il contribuera \u00e0 mettre en lumi\u00e8re le r\u00f4le des expertises dans la construction des \u00c9tats postcoloniaux africains en s\u2019int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 la circulation des savoirs entre diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9chelles, des territoires locaux aux si\u00e8ges d\u2019organisations internationales. Sur une dur\u00e9e de deux ans, il rassemblera un groupe interdisciplinaire de six chercheur.e.s (d\u00e9mographie, science politique, \u00e9conomie, sociologie) autour de trois activit\u00e9s : l\u2019identification, la num\u00e9risation et la mise en ligne d\u2019archives sur une plate-forme num\u00e9rique d\u00e9di\u00e9e ; l\u2019animation d\u2019un s\u00e9minaire mensuel en ligne visant \u00e0 rassembler des chercheurs de plusieurs continents pour interroger les conditions \u00e9pist\u00e9mologiques, \u00e9thiques et m\u00e9thodologiques du croisement d\u2019archives \u00e0 partir de plusieurs sites ; la restitution des travaux sous la forme d\u2019une publication collective et la soumission d\u2019un projet plus ambitieux, et \u00e9tendu \u00e0 d\u2019autres aires g\u00e9ographiques. Les th\u00e8mes abord\u00e9s seront les d\u00e9mographes et les statisticiens de l\u2019Afrique francophone, les politiques d\u2019emploi au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, les politiques commerciales en Tunisie, les consultants en d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 Madagascar.
