Le projet vise \u00e0 mettre en lumi\u00e8re le r\u00f4le des expertises dans la construction des \u00c9tats postcoloniaux en s\u2019appuyant sur des archives de diff\u00e9rentes natures. L\u2019enjeu est de saisir la circulation des savoirs de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9chelles, tant dans des territoires locaux qu\u2019aux si\u00e8ges d\u2019organisations internationales. Afin de nourrir cette r\u00e9flexion, un s\u00e9minaire sera inaugur\u00e9 sur les \u00ab Archives du d\u00e9veloppement \u00bb.<\/p>\n
