Initially designed as a scientific interest group in 2010, the International College of Territorial Sciences (CIST)<\/strong> became a CNRS research federation (FR 2007) on January 1, 2017. Today, CIST comprises 25 research teams, including six research units from Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9.<\/p>\n The aim of CIST is to contribute to formalizing and organizing multidisciplinary research in territorial science locally and internationally. Along with its researchers, professors and engineers from varying teams and disciplines, it has developed seven research areas, namely:<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n CIST\u2019s international conferences are key moments for research conducted across the world in a variety of fields to be presented. Its objective is to pool together the skills and material necessary for analyzing data and images in all the disciplines that use these techniques, from the humanities to planetary science.
