Fran\u00e7ois Gemenne<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>enseigne les politiques du climat et des migrations dans diff\u00e9rentes universit\u00e9s, notamment \u00e0 Sciences Po, \u00e0 la Sorbonne et \u00e0 Bruxelles. Chercheur du FNRS \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Li\u00e8ge, il y dirige l\u2019Observatoire Hugo, un centre de recherche sur l\u2019environnement et les migrations. Il est par ailleurs auteur principal pour le GIEC <\/a>et co-directeur de l\u2019Observatoire D\u00e9fense et Climat<\/a> du Minist\u00e8re des Arm\u00e9es en France, \u00e9tabli \u00e0 l\u2019IRIS. <\/div>\n
Il vient de publier On a tous un ami noir<\/em> (Fayard, 2020) o\u00f9 il essaie, sans ang\u00e9lisme ni dogmatisme, d’apaiser le d\u00e9bat public sur le sujet de l’immigration, en l\u2019\u00e9clairant de r\u00e9flexions in\u00e9dites : celles issues d\u2019exp\u00e9riences \u00e9trang\u00e8res, celles produites par la recherche et par ses propres exp\u00e9riences, sp\u00e9cialiste de ces questions et lui-m\u00eame \u00e9tranger vivant en France depuis plus de douze ans.<\/div>\n
