La pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 n\u2019\u00e9chappe pas \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle avec son lot de fake news<\/em>, de craintes de mensonges d\u2019\u00c9tat, de restrictions des libert\u00e9s, de difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 accepter une autorit\u00e9 jug\u00e9e injuste et inop\u00e9rante.<\/p> Dans une telle situation, il semble important de s\u2019arr\u00eater plus longuement sur ce que l\u2019on est en droit d\u2019attendre de l\u2019\u00c9tat. O\u00f9 en est notre rapport aux services publics\u00a0? Le contrat social sera-t-il encore affaibli par la crise\u00a0?
