Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes d’histoire de l’art, de litt\u00e9rature et de cin\u00e9ma, Soizic Michelot<\/strong> passe sept ans dans un monast\u00e8re bouddhiste dont trois ans en retraite traditionnelle. \u00c9galement form\u00e9e aux approches la\u00efques de pleine conscience, elle enseigne aujourd’hui la m\u00e9ditation \u00e0 la facult\u00e9, en secteur hospitalier et aupr\u00e8s du grand public. Elle est auteur du livre M\u00e9diter \u00e0 travers l’art<\/em> aux \u00e9ditions Albin Michel.<\/p>\n
