Philippe Moati<\/strong> est professeur agr\u00e9g\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9conomie \u00e0 Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 et membre du Laboratoire Dynamiques Sociales et Recomposition des Espaces (Ladyss, UMR 7533).
