La th\u00e9matique choisie, les \u00ab nouvelles normalit\u00e9s \u00bb, nous semblait \u00e9vidente quand nous l\u2019avons fix\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin du printemps 2020, en pleine premi\u00e8re vague de la Covid-19. En p\u00e9riode de crise, le temps des nouvelles normalit\u00e9s est ce moment o\u00f9 nous sommes r\u00e9ceptifs \u00e0 un changement d\u2019usage imm\u00e9diat pour faire face \u00e0 la menace. Apr\u00e8s la crise, ce temps s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche plus longue o\u00f9 nous devons accepter que le monde a fondamentalement chang\u00e9. Mais la nouvelle normalit\u00e9 peut aussi \u00eatre l\u2019acceptation que l\u2019\u00e9tat de crise est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 permanent.<\/p>\n
Nous tenions \u00e0 \u00e9largir le questionnement au-del\u00e0 de la seule pand\u00e9mie. Les formes de militantisme comme Extinction R\u00e9bellion, Black Lives Matter, #Metoo, sont tant de mouvements qui tendent \u00e0 faire \u00e9merger de nouvelles normalit\u00e9s. Les migrations \u2013 mais aussi leur perception dans l\u2019opinion \u2013 ne cessent d\u2019\u00e9voluer. Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux transforment radicalement le lien aux autres. En sciences physiques aussi, la d\u00e9couverte des ondes gravitationnelles bouleverse notre connaissance de l\u2019univers et ce que l\u2019on pensait conna\u00eetre. Les nouvelles normalit\u00e9s sont multiples, et nous nous proposons pendant deux jours de les questionner.<\/p>\n
Pour ce faire, nous sommes heureux et honor\u00e9s d\u2019accueillir une pl\u00e9iade de chercheurs, d\u2019\u00e9crivains, de m\u00e9decins, de journalistes et d\u2019acteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile pour d\u00e9battre. Nous remercions tout particuli\u00e8rement Laurence Tubiana<\/strong> et Fanny Parise<\/strong> qui, respectivement, donneront les conf\u00e9rences\u00a0d\u2019ouverture et de cl\u00f4ture.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Un mot sur la particularit\u00e9 de cette 5e<\/sup> \u00e9dition. Habituellement nous proposons une cinquantaine d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements : conf\u00e9rences, jeux-d\u00e9bats, tables rondes, spectacles, ateliers, projections, concerts, expositions, etc. Cette ann\u00e9e nous avons esp\u00e9r\u00e9 pouvoir proposer un festival plus court mais en version hybride. Il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu que l\u2019on puisse vous accueillir dans des salles o\u00f9 les jauges auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 drastiquement r\u00e9duites, tout en diffusant les \u00e9v\u00e9nements en direct sur notre cha\u00eene Youtube. La Bellevilloise, Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, Sciences Po, le CRI et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Sorbonne Paris Nord ne pourront finalement pas accueillir le festival cette ann\u00e9e.
