La troisie\u0300me est la de\u0301mate\u0301rialisation de l\u2019acce\u0300s a\u0300 la culture dans l\u2019univers nume\u0301rique.<br \/>Comme souvent les crises, la pande\u0301mie n\u2019a fait qu\u2019acce\u0301le\u0301rer l\u2019urgence de ces re\u0301flexions, qui peinent a\u0300 aboutir.
