En 2018, la loi ORE (Orientation et R\u00e9ussite des \u00c9tudiants) pr\u00e9voyait la mise en place de dispositifs d\u2019accompagnement pour favoriser la r\u00e9ussite des \u00e9tudiants dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. Au niveau de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de licence, cela s\u2019est mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9, entre autres, par la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un parcours \u00ab Oui-Si \u00bb, soit l\u2019accueil d\u2019\u00e9tudiants ne pr\u00e9sentant pas tous les pr\u00e9requis incombant \u00e0 leur fili\u00e8re d\u2019orientation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un parcours de soutien et de suivi personnalis\u00e9. L\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 Licence qui a suivi en ao\u00fbt 2018 a alors mis l\u2019accent sur la personnalisation des parcours de formation et les dispositifs d'accompagnement p\u00e9dagogique afin de prendre en compte la diversit\u00e9 et les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s des publics \u00e9tudiants \u2013 \u00e0 savoir le profil sp\u00e9cifique, le projet personnel et le projet professionnel individuel de chaque \u00e9tudiant. Les parcours personnalis\u00e9s ou diff\u00e9renci\u00e9s, les entretiens individuels pour faire des bilans de progression et le d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences transversales ont alors \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement mis en avant. Afin de permettre aux \u00e9tudiants de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un parcours le plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 leur projet selon leurs aptitudes et leurs exp\u00e9riences personnelles, l\u2019UFR d\u2019\u00c9tudes Interculturelles et Langues Appliqu\u00e9es (EILA) d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 propose, dans le cadre de sa premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de licence en Langues \u00c9trang\u00e8res Appliqu\u00e9es (LEA), des cours de rem\u00e9diation en anglais et en espagnol aux \u00e9tudiants qui obtiennent les r\u00e9sultats les plus faibles aux tests de niveaux dans ces deux langues \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e. A ce jour, le dispositif mis en place en rem\u00e9diation anglais \/ espagnol est un enseignement hybride alliant des s\u00e9ances de cours en pr\u00e9sentiel (pour un apport lexical, grammatical, pragmatique et socioculturel g\u00e9n\u00e9ral) et un temps de travail personnel \u00e0 distance en autodirection (pour que chacun puisse se concentrer sur ses besoins et ses difficult\u00e9s personnels en langue). Le dispositif comporte \u00e9galement deux s\u00e9ances d\u2019entretien individuel pour faire le point sur les avanc\u00e9es, difficult\u00e9s et incompr\u00e9hensions des \u00e9tudiants au sein du dispositif, de m\u00eame que dans le cadre des autres unit\u00e9s d\u2019enseignement de la L1 LEA anglais - espagnol. Enfin, chacune des \u00e9valuations sommatives fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une s\u00e9ance de pr\u00e9paration et de perfectionnement pour que les \u00e9tudiants puissent travailler leurs productions en profondeur avant de rendre leur version finale. Le projet IDEX RemedLang (\u00c9valuation d\u2019un dispositif de rem\u00e9diation anglaise et espagnole dans le but de favoriser l\u2019autonomie langagi\u00e8re et l\u2019autonomie d\u2019apprentissage au niveau L1) se propose d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de ce dispositif \u00e0 la fois sur les comp\u00e9tences linguistiques et sur les comp\u00e9tences d\u2019autonomie d\u2019apprentissage des \u00e9tudiants. L\u2019objet de la pr\u00e9sente journ\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tudes est de faire un tour d\u2019horizon des pratiques d\u2019accompagnement existantes pour la r\u00e9ussite des \u00e9tudiants de L1 \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents domaines d\u2019\u00e9tude. Nous envisageons cette journ\u00e9e comme l\u2019occasion d\u2019un partage de pratiques et retours d\u2019exp\u00e9riences concrets dans une perspective transdisciplinaire.<\/p>
