Technical communicators, also known as technical writers, are able to create, structure and present large volumes of complex technical and scientific information. These communicators have specialized research skills, use XML-style templates to arrange information and apply the principles of information architecture. They are capable of analyzing user needs and responding accordingly. In addition to having mastery of e-learning tools and methodologies, technical writers are adept at planning and managing complex documentation projects.<\/p>\n
