Depuis sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition en 2013, les Journ\u00e9es Nationales de l\u2019Ing\u00e9nieur (JNI) ont pour objectif de promouvoir et valoriser le m\u00e9tier d’Ing\u00e9nieur en encourageant l\u2019innovation, l\u2019industrie et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n

Selon l’enqu\u00eate sur l’insertion des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s des grandes \u00e9coles men\u00e9e par la CGE, en France le taux de dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s en activit\u00e9 professionnelle est pass\u00e9 de 83% en 2016 \u00e0 71,9% en 2019. Cette diminution du nombre de dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail est corr\u00e9l\u00e9e avec l’augmentation du nombre d’ing\u00e9nieurs en recherche d’emploi soit 2,3% en 2016 et 7,8% en 2019 selon la CGE.<\/p>\n

L’objectif de ce colloque est donc de permettre aux futurs ing\u00e9nieurs de savoir cr\u00e9er de bonnes opportunit\u00e9s pour s’ins\u00e9rer plus facilement dans la vie professionnelle.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Au total 20 intervenants ont permis de mettre en lumi\u00e8re la formation de l’ing\u00e9nieur et leur pr\u00e9paration au premier emploi, le recrutement, le management et la RSE des jeunes ing\u00e9nieurs lors d’interventions et de tables rondes. Des t\u00e9moignages sur l’int\u00e9gration dans une PME et celle dans une entreprise de taille importante ont \u00e9galement eu lieu et ont soulev\u00e9s de nombreuse questions de la part des futurs ing\u00e9nieurs.<\/p>\n
