Les capacit\u00e9s et comp\u00e9tences recherch\u00e9es pour les ing\u00e9nieures et ing\u00e9nieurs dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9es et \u00e9valu\u00e9es par la Commission des Titres d\u2019Ing\u00e9nieur (Cti)<\/a>. L\u2019\u00c9cole d\u2019Ing\u00e9nieur Denis Diderot (EIDD) met en \u0153uvre une d\u00e9clinaison sp\u00e9cifique au travers d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments p\u00e9dagogiques qui permettent une formation pointue \u00e0 ces comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques en prise directe avec les grands enjeux actuels de transformation \u00e9cologique, soci\u00e9tale et num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n

On parle beaucoup de soft skills sur le march\u00e9 du recrutement et dans le monde professionnel en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Les projets de groupe et les stages sont des moyens de d\u00e9celer et de faire grandir ces comp\u00e9tences douces. Lors des projets collectifs, l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve compose avec d\u2019autres apprenants issus de milieux socio-culturels diff\u00e9rents. Lors des stages, l\u2019\u00e9tudiant interagit avec des interlocutrices et interlocuteurs vari\u00e9s, d\u00e9couvre diff\u00e9rentes organisations et diverses missions. La pluralit\u00e9 et la mixit\u00e9 de ces exp\u00e9riences lui permet de constater ses points forts et ses points faibles, il peut donc capitaliser sur les premiers et travailler les seconds.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, les \u00e9valuations (soutenance de stage, projet de groupe) portent aussi sur le savoir-\u00eatre, comme par exemple la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe, ou bien \u00e0 communiquer, ou encore la force de proposition. Les retours de la part des tutrices et tuteurs en entreprise et de l\u2019\u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique est une aide pr\u00e9cieuse pour que l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve comprenne et travaille ses forces et ses faiblesses.<\/p>\n
