He is currently Vice President Global Market Access at MicroPort Cardiac Rhythm Management.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3597 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress-test.app.u-pariscite.fr\/eidd\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2024\/01\/2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wordpress-test.app.u-pariscite.fr\/eidd\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2024\/01\/2-1.jpg 200w, https:\/\/wordpress-test.app.u-pariscite.fr\/eidd\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2024\/01\/2-1-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/>After studying physics at La Sapienza University in Rome, and a PhD in physics at Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, Silvia Mariani joined the R&amp;D department of Saint-Gobain, where she has held various positions related to the development and industrialization of innovative materials, with particular attention to reducing the carbon footprint of production processes.
