La convention<\/b> de stage\u00a0est un document indispensable pour la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un stage.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir trouv\u00e9 un organisme d\u2019accueil, il faut concr\u00e9tiser cet accueil par l\u2019\u00e9tablissement et la signature d\u2019une convention de stage. Aucun stage ne peut d\u00e9buter tant que la convention de stage n\u2019est pas sign\u00e9e par l\u2019ensemble des parties.<\/p>\n

Ainsi pour cr\u00e9er une convention de stage, un outil est \u00e0 la disposition des \u00e9tudiants: l’application Pstage<\/b><\/a> .\u00a0 la proc\u00e9dure \u00e0 suivre est la suivante :<\/p>\n

1\/ Trouver un lieu de stage et obtenir l’accord de l’enseignant r\u00e9f\u00e9rent concernant le sujet et les activit\u00e9s du stage.<\/p>\n

2\/ Cr\u00e9er la convention via l\u2019application Pstage<\/a>. Dans le cas o\u00f9 l’organisme d\u2019accueil n\u2019existe pas encore sur l\u2019application, il est n\u00e9cessaire de le cr\u00e9er. Ci-dessous un document r\u00e9capitulant l\u2019ensemble des informations n\u00e9cessaires pour effectuer la saisie de la convention de stage via l\u2019application.<\/p>\n

ATTENTION\u00a0: <\/b><\/p>\n

\u00d8 Un laboratoire universitaire n’est PAS un organisme d’accueil<\/u> car il n\u2019a pas la personnalit\u00e9 morale. Il faudra alors mentionner en tant qu\u2019organisme d\u2019accueil la tutelle de laquelle \u00e9manera la gratification de stage.<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Une convention de stage est un acte tripartite\u00a0: organisme d\u2019accueil, vous et l\u2019universit\u00e9<\/u>. L\u2019organisme d\u2019accueil mentionn\u00e9 doit correspondre \u00e0 l\u2019organisme qui vous accueille et qui vous gratifie.<\/p>\n

3\/ Une fois la saisie de la convention termin\u00e9e, vous devez contacter l\u2019Ecole afin que nous puissions effectuer les v\u00e9rifications de conformit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

4\/ Une fois le document conforme, l’\u00e9cole transmet\u00a0 la convention \u00e0 l’\u00e9l\u00e8ve afin qu’il puisse d\u00e9buter le circuit des signatures : l’\u00e9tudiant, l’organisme d\u2019accueil (repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal + tuteur).<\/p>\n

5\/ La convention doit \u00eatre ensuite renvoy\u00e9e par mail afin que l’\u00e9cole puisse se charger des signatures manquantes : l\u2019universit\u00e9 (enseignant r\u00e9f\u00e9rent + directeur de l\u2019Ecole). Une fois sign\u00e9e, un exemplaire int\u00e9gralement sign\u00e9 sera transmis \u00e0 l’\u00e9l\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n

Avec la convention de stage, une attestation d\u2019assurance responsabilit\u00e9 civile mentionnant l\u2019\u00e9tendue des droits \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de stage doit \u00eatre fournie<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Dans le cas o\u00f9 l’organisme d\u2019accueil souhaiterait \u00eatre le dernier signataire de la convention, que l’organisme d\u2019accueil souhaite utiliser son propre mod\u00e8le de convention ou encore s’il s’agit d’un organisme d\u2019accueil \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, merci de bien vouloir au pr\u00e9alable contacter l’\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n
