Elle est institu\u00e9e par la\u00a0Loi \u00abOrientation et r\u00e9ussite des \u00e9tudiants\u00bb<\/a>, promulgu\u00e9e le 8 mars 2018. Elle est fix\u00e9e par la loi, et son montant est calcul\u00e9 sur l’indice des prix \u00e0 la consommation sur un an de l’Insee.<\/p>\n La CVEC est g\u00e9r\u00e9e et collect\u00e9e par les CROUS et concerne les \u00e9tudiants inscrits en formation initiale dans un \u00e9tablissement d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur en France.<\/p>\n L\u2019universit\u00e9 vous informera de la proc\u00e9dure \u00e0 suivre durant vos d\u00e9marches d\u2019inscription \/ de r\u00e9inscription.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n L\u2019universit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas comp\u00e9tente concernant le r\u00e8glement de la CVEC.<\/strong><\/p>\n L\u2019attestation est n\u00e9cessaire pour l\u2019inscription \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9<\/strong>, que l\u2019\u00e9tudiant ait pay\u00e9 le montant de la CVEC, ou qu\u2019il y ait eu exon\u00e9ration par le CROUS.<\/p>\n = C\u2019est le CROUS qui, selon les cas, exon\u00e8re ou demande le paiement de la CVEC lorsque les \u00e9tudiants font leur demande d\u2019attestation en ligne sur le site https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/<\/a><\/p>\n (pour m\u00e9moire, en 2023\/24 : 100\u20ac)<\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Doctorants : assurez-vous que l\u2019Ecole Doctorale<\/strong> a donn\u00e9 son accord pour l\u2019inscription<\/strong> ou la r\u00e9inscription en th\u00e8se avant de r\u00e9gler votre CVEC (pas de remboursement possible par le CROUS si vous payez la CVEC mais que, in fine,<\/em>\u00a0vous ne vous inscrivez pas).<\/p>\n L’attestation CVEC vous sera demand\u00e9e lors de l’inscription<\/strong> en ligne (vous trouverez des pr\u00e9cisions dans le mail automatique que l\u2019universit\u00e9 vous enverra pour vous (r\u00e9)inscrire).<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n ATTENTION :\u00a0Le nom de famille<\/strong>\u00a0(= de naissance \/\u00a0LAST NAME<\/em>)\u00a0et le pr\u00e9nom\u00a0<\/strong>(First name<\/em>)\u00a0sur la CVEC doivent imp\u00e9rativement \u00eatre les m\u00eames que sur votre pi\u00e8ce d\u2019identit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n Votre inscription \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 est bas\u00e9e sur votre\u00a0nom patronymique (= nom de naissance) :<\/strong><\/p>\n Si les noms et pr\u00e9noms diff\u00e8rent entre CVEC et enregistrement \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9, le processus d\u2019inscription est bloqu\u00e9.
