Apr\u00e8s avoir proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 leur inscription et au paiement des frais universitaires pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours, les doctorants sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant inscrits.<\/p>\n

24h apr\u00e8s leur inscription, ils doivent activer leur compte UPCit\u00e9, ce qui leur permettra \u2013 entre autres \u2013 de pouvoir imprimer un certificat de scolarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La validation des pi\u00e8ces PJWeb est une \u00e9tape qui concerne uniquement l’\u00e9dition de la carte et\/ou l’annexe \u00e0 la carte (avec sticker \u00e0 coller sur l’ancienne carte).<\/p>\n

Vous avez acc\u00e8s \u00e0 PJWEB apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 vous inscrire et apr\u00e8s avoir pay\u00e9 les frais d\u2019inscription.<\/p>\n

Attention : le d\u00e9lai d\u2019activation\u00a0<\/strong>de votre compte Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 prend<\/strong> g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 24h (jusqu’\u00e0 48h). Il est donc normal de ne pas avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 certaines applications aussit\u00f4t apr\u00e8s votre inscription en ligne)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les pi\u00e8ces justificatives d\u00e9pos\u00e9es sur PJ-WEB vont permettre d\u2019\u00e9diter votre carte Etudiant (pour les doctorants de 1\u00e8re ann\u00e9e), ou \u00e9diter l’annexe sur laquelle se trouve le sticker \u00e0 coller (2\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de doctorat et plus).<\/p>\n

1\/ Les pi\u00e8ces PJWeb<\/strong> sont valid\u00e9es<\/strong> administrativement (vous recevez alors un mail automatique qui vous en informe)<\/p>\n

2\/ les cartes Etudiant (ou annexes avec sticker) sont alors \u00e9dit\u00e9es dans les 10 jours qui suivent<\/strong> la validation<\/p>\n

3\/ les cartes \u00e9tudiant et\/ou annexe \u00e0 la carte (avec sticker de l’ann\u00e9e en cours) sont transmises aux ED<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer votre carte (et\/ou annexe avec sticker) :
>> si vos pi\u00e8ces PJWeb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9es depuis plus de 15 jours, contactez votre \u00e9cole doctorale, qui vous informera des modalit\u00e9s de remise en main propre.<\/p>\n

Pensez \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 jour vos adresses et num\u00e9ro de contact :

Important : en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e universitaire, l\u2019Equipe Inscription traite en priorit\u00e9 les inscriptions et r\u00e9inscriptions des doctorants. Les cartes Etudiant sont \u00e9dit\u00e9es dans un second temps.<\/strong> Un allongement du d\u00e9lai entre le d\u00e9p\u00f4t des pi\u00e8ces justificatives et l’envoi \u00e0 l’ED de la carte \u00e9dudiant (ou son annexe avec sticker) est \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir.<\/p>\n
