Toutefois, des \u00e9v\u00e9nements tragiques r\u00e9cents ont conduit \u00e0 l’adoption de r\u00e9ponses d’autorit\u00e9 de la part des pouvoirs publics qui produisent des effets sur les \u00e9quilibres traditionnels du droit des religions.<\/p>\n
La pr\u00e9sente conf\u00e9rence s’efforce, \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re d’une approche crois\u00e9e franco-japonaise, de s’interroger sur les mutations institutionnelles et juridiques qui traversent la l\u00e9gislation cultuelle dans les deux Etats.<\/p>\n
