La CLIDIP<\/a> est encadr\u00e9e par les enseignants de droit international public d’UPCit\u00e9: Sarah Cassella, Nathalie Clarenc-Bicudo, Julia Motte-Baumvol et Anne-Thida Norodom. Elle \u00a0poursuit un objectif pe\u0301dagogique de formation des e\u0301tudiants dans la tradition ame\u0301ricaine \u00ab learning by doing \u00bb des premie\u0300res cliniques universitaires. A la diffe\u0301rence d\u2019autres me\u0301thodes de pe\u0301dagogie applique\u0301e, il s\u2019agit de former les e\u0301tudiants par la pratique sur de re\u0301els mandats, confie\u0301s par diffe\u0301rents commanditaires.<\/p>\n

Les commanditaires peuvent e\u0302tre des institutions publiques (ministe\u0300res, assemble\u0301es, collectivite\u0301s territoriales), ou prive\u0301es (organisations non gouvernementales, cabinets d\u2019avocats, entreprises, syndicats, associations). A titre d\u2019exemple, pour l\u2019anne\u0301e universitaire en cours, la CLIDIP a rec\u0327u des commandes d\u2019un de\u0301partement ministe\u0301riel et d\u2019une assemble\u0301e constitutionnelle de la Re\u0301publique franc\u0327aise, ainsi que d\u2019un gouvernement e\u0301tranger.<\/p>\n

La CLIDIP a aussi une mission de diffusion et de promotion du droit international, a\u0300 travers la re\u0301ponse aux mandats.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
