Ils approfondissent aussi leurs connaissance en droit des affaires ( priv\u00e9 et public). Le master 2 est principalement centr\u00e9 sur le droit de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise. Les \u00e9tudiants suivent des cours (Aides publiques aux entreprises, Droit europ\u00e9en de la concurrence, Contentieux de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne, Droit international priv\u00e9) et des s\u00e9minaires (droit du march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur, droit du commerce ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, droit social de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, droit fiscal de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, droit europ\u00e9en de la commande publique\u2026). Deux s\u00e9minaires se d\u00e9roulent en anglais (Fundamentals of European business law, American law : General principles). Les \u00e9tudiants peuvent suivre l\u2019atelier de Clinique juridique. Les \u00e9tudiants ont le choix entre faire un stage et un m\u00e9moire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/odf.wordpress-test.app.u-pariscite.fr\/fr\/offre-de-formation\/master-XB\/droit-economie-gestion-DEG\/droit-des-affaires-K2NDGS0B\/master-droit-des-affaires-parcours-juriste-fiscaliste-JT8HY21Y.html\">Parcours Juriste d&rsquo;affaires fiscaliste<\/a>, dirig\u00e9 par le professeur Xavier Cabannes, est l\u2019une des rares formations en France \u00e0 offrir \u00e0 ses \u00e9tudiant.e.s une approche g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste de la fiscalit\u00e9 : fiscalit\u00e9 des entreprises, des personnes physiques, internationale et europ\u00e9enne, patrimoniale, financi\u00e8res, des op\u00e9rations \u00e9conomiques, locale mais aussi contentieux fiscal, comptabilit\u00e9 et analyse financi\u00e8re ou encore, notamment, strat\u00e9gie fiscale. Ce dipl\u00f4me permet aux \u00e9tudiant.e.s de parfaire leurs connaissances en mati\u00e8re fiscale, d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir ce qui est souvent une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience en cabinet gr\u00e2ce au stage obligatoire et enfin de montrer leur capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9dactionnelle par la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un m\u00e9moire.
