En partant du XVIIe si\u00e8cle, jusqu\u2019au cas sp\u00e9cifique des films scientifiques pendant les ann\u00e9es 1900 \u00e0 1930, un monde commun d\u2019images, de sciences et de spectacles se restitue. L\u2019arriv\u00e9e du cin\u00e9matographe prolonge une p\u00e9riode d\u2019\u00e9changes et d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentations intenses entre les images fixes et la science, mais convoque surtout une nouveaut\u00e9 consid\u00e9rable : le mouvement. Plus particuli\u00e8rement, le cin\u00e9ma du docteur Jean Comandon repr\u00e9sente pour l\u2019\u00e9poque un v\u00e9ritable spectacle, \u00e0 la fois cin\u00e9matographique et scientifique. Ses films d\u2019enseignement et de vulgarisation scientifique t\u00e9moignent d\u2019une dimension spectaculaire pour transmettre des savoirs de fa\u00e7on accessible.<\/p>\n
Flavia Carilli est \u00e9tudiante en Master 2 \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Sorbonne nouvelle. Son m\u00e9moire porte sur les films scientifiques des ann\u00e9es 1900 \u00e0 1930. Elle est \u00e9galement Charg\u00e9e de mission en gestion de projet en m\u00e9diation scientifique au Cercle FSER.<\/p>\n
La longue d\u00e9cennie 1908-1919 va donner lieu, en France, \u00e0 de nouvelles exp\u00e9rimentations cin\u00e9matographiques. Nous les \u00e9voquerons au cours de cette intervention, qui sera plus sp\u00e9cifiquement ax\u00e9e sur les travaux du docteur Jean Comandon.<\/p>\n
