CREATION interroge la production de connaissances \u00e0 l\u2019interface entre habitant.e.s, institutions acad\u00e9miques et artistiques, afin d\u2019accompagner l\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouvelles pratiques collaboratives sur les territoires et contribuer aux urgentes transitions \u00e9cologiques.<\/p>\n
La construction de projets arts-sciences permet d\u2019allier une diversit\u00e9 de points de vue et de savoirs, et d\u2019articuler des raisonnements, des observations, des affects et des imaginaires. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019interroger les possibilit\u00e9s de conna\u00eetre gr\u00e2ce au sensible et de donner \u00e0 conna\u00eetre via<\/em> les \u00e9motions.<\/p>\n Deux dispositifs sur des territoires urbains et ruraux, invitant \u00e0 la participation des habitant.e.s par l\u2019art ont aliment\u00e9 \u00e0 leur mani\u00e8re des r\u00e9flexions sur :<\/p>\n <\/p>\n En 2017, lorsque Quartier Rouge invite l\u2019artiste Boris Nordmann \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter son travail de Fiction corporelle Cachalot<\/em> sur la montagne limousine, la pr\u00e9sence du loup est d\u00e9j\u00e0 questionn\u00e9e dans les parages sans \u00eatre officiellement reconnue. Quelques attaques sur des troupeaux laissent \u00e0 penser qu\u2019un individu solitaire aurait pu \u00eatre en transit sur ce territoire les ann\u00e9es ant\u00e9rieures. Sans \u00eatre vraiment pr\u00e9sent, il est pourtant d\u00e9j\u00e0 au centre de nombreuses discussions pour les \u00e9leveurs. Leurs coll\u00e8gues alpins ont largement reconfigur\u00e9 leurs pratiques pastorales depuis que les loups ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se disperser depuis l\u2019Italie et s\u2019installer sur les montagnes fran\u00e7aises d\u00e8s la fin du 20\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle. Ces retours provoquent rage, col\u00e8re et indignation chez les \u00e9leveurs, notamment en p\u00e2turages extensifs, communaut\u00e9s ab\u00eem\u00e9es par des d\u00e9cennies d\u2019industrialisation, d\u2019intensification et de globalisation de l\u2019agriculture. L\u2019enqu\u00eate sensible interroge les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019un devenir collectif, au contour solidaire et \u00e9cologique, situ\u00e9 et ancr\u00e9 avec<\/em> la montagne limousine \u00ab\u00a0au temps des loups\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n \u00c0 partir des discours des membres du collectif \u00ab\u00a0des apprentis diplomates<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, nous avons relev\u00e9 des moments pivots, des \u00ab\u00a0menhirs somatiques\u00a0\u00bb dans le paysage sensoriel qui semble prendre forme au cours du processus artistique. Des exp\u00e9riences qui arriment un second paysage de liens et de solidarit\u00e9,\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0d\u2019\u00eatre ensemble\u00a0\u00bb, face \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la \u00ab petite\u00a0bombe sociale lupine\u00a0\u00bb. Il y a d\u2019abord tous ces petits moments anodins en apparence que mets en place l\u2019artiste Boris Nordmann, ou qui, surgissent spontan\u00e9ment au cours des exp\u00e9rimentation collectives, pour enclencher une rencontre parfois au-del\u00e0 du langage, parfois au-del\u00e0 de la vision. Ces outils p\u00e9dagogiques organisent des ateliers collectifs participant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une rencontre multisensorielle o\u00f9 les bases de l\u2019\u00e9coute et de l\u2019entraide sont pos\u00e9es. La recomposition de la perception op\u00e8re tant par l\u2019exploration des milieux, le renversement des plans, la stimulation de sens occult\u00e9s, l\u2019accordage tonique et les jeux de r\u00f4les. Ce dernier op\u00e8re dans le processus cr\u00e9atif Lou pastoral<\/em> une double redistribution des places et des savoirs de chacun. Ce \u00ab\u00a0partage du sensible\u00a0\u00bb offre de vivre une situation transformatrice par l\u2019incorporation et la transmissions tant des savoirs vernaculaires paysans que des perspectives lupines. et de l\u2019implication des citoyen.ne.s dans la production urbaine ?<\/p>\n Le constat d\u2019une priorit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e aux approches statistiques et descendantes ne favorise pas la consid\u00e9ration de la complexit\u00e9 des points de vue des habitant.e.s, la construction de sens commun, et une \u00e9volution de la conception des espaces habit\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>\n Le projet Intertexting<\/em> porte ainsi sur l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une m\u00e9thode de diagnostic in situ <\/em>de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience sensible individuelle et collective et de production partag\u00e9e\u00a0de r\u00e9cits sur des territoires urbains pr\u00e9sents et futurs.<\/p>\n Ces exp\u00e9riences s\u2019organisent d\u2019une part autour de parcours et d\u2019ateliers avec des habitant.e.s-citoyen.ne.s et artistes-citoyen.ne.s, pour \u00e9laborer un ou plusieurs r\u00e9cits collectifs des territoires travers\u00e9s rendant visibles les convergences et divergences de visions territoriales. Dans un second temps, il s\u2019agit d\u2019explorer la mani\u00e8re dont le contenu des productions issues de ces r\u00e9cits pourrait participer au projet de territoire en lien avec les acteur.rice.s institutionnel.le.s et les acteur.rice.s locaux.les.<\/p>\n Dans le cadre du projet CREATION, deux parcours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s, l\u2019un \u00e0 Margny-l\u00e8s-Compi\u00e8gne, l\u2019autre \u00e0 Villejuif avec l\u2019appui de supports num\u00e9riques tels que des smartphones permettant des \u00e9changes de textos, des enregistrements sonores, des prises de photographies et de vid\u00e9os, ainsi que de nombreuses discussions entre les participant.e.s. Chacun de ces parcours a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivi d\u2019un atelier avec les participant.e.s volontaires et les artistes plasticien.ne.s invit\u00e9.e.s.<\/p>\n En synth\u00e8se, il est apparu que la question du \u00ab sensible \u00bb n\u2019est pas et ne peut \u00eatre abord\u00e9e dans le projet urbain tel qu\u2019il est structur\u00e9 actuellement suivant un discours exclusivement politique et juridique. Les envies d\u2019expression des citoyen.ne.s n\u2019y trouvent pas leur place du fait de l\u2019instrumentation de la parole et ce malgr\u00e9 l\u2019organisation d\u2019assembl\u00e9es participatives et cr\u00e9atives.<\/p>\n La d\u00e9marche Intertexting<\/em> permet dans ce contexte de redonner la parole aux habitant.e.s et aux non-professionnel.le.s et de placer leurs ressentis, leurs <\/em>exp\u00e9riences sensibles individuelles au centre du diagnostic urbain.
