Le 19 juin 2023, les biblioth\u00e8ques d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, en partenariat avec le Coll\u00e8ge des \u00c9coles Doctorales, ont d\u00e9cern\u00e9 le certificat \u00ab Science Ouverte \u00bb \u00e0 une cohorte de dix doctorantes et doctorants ayant suivi le programme de formation d\u00e9di\u00e9 au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e universitaire 2022-2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Con\u00e7ue comme un parcours d\u2019approfondissement du<\/span> cycle de formation \u00e0 la Science ouverte<\/b><\/a>, la <\/span>Certification Science ouverte<\/span><\/a> permet aux doctorants de mettre en application, dans leur travail de th\u00e8se, les principes acquis pendant le suivi du cycle.<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019oral final s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 devant un jury compos\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois de biblioth\u00e9caires, d\u2019enseignants-chercheurs et de personnalit\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieures (Minist\u00e8re, Comit\u00e9 Pour la Science Ouverte \u2013 CoSO) sp\u00e9cialistes de la science ouverte. Les dix doctorants-certifiants ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une application concr\u00e8te de la science ouverte \u00e0 leur travail de th\u00e8se.<\/strong> Les sujets, tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s d\u2019un point de vue disciplinaire, ont fait ressortir des probl\u00e9matiques communes sur le partage des donn\u00e9es, les exigences en terme de publications scientifiques ou encore sur les probl\u00e9matiques de droits d\u2019auteurs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c0 l\u2019issue des pr\u00e9sentations, les doctorants-certifiants ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 apporter leur expertise sur un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de comp\u00e9tences \u00ab science ouverte \u00bb<\/strong> actuellement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au sein du P\u00f4le Appui \u00e0 la Formation visant \u00e0 structurer l\u2019offre de formation en science ouverte des biblioth\u00e8ques d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9. Les doctorants ont ainsi particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des ateliers o\u00f9, accompagn\u00e9s des membres du jury, ceux-ci ont pu donner leur avis et commenter ce r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel. <\/span>Le programme de certification Science Ouverte, unique en France, fera l\u2019objet d\u2019une pr\u00e9sentation lors de la conf\u00e9rence annuelle de la Ligue des Biblioth\u00e8ques Europ\u00e9enne de Recherche (LIBER) le 7 juillet 2023 \u00e0 Budapest.<\/a> Le programme reprendra l\u2019ann\u00e9e universitaire prochaine pour former une troisi\u00e8me cohorte de doctorants d\u00e8s octobre 2023.<\/strong> Des webinaires de pr\u00e9sentation seront organis\u00e9s en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais en septembre 2023. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cLe suivi de la formation Science ouverte sur les derniers mois m’a fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur de nombreux points et j’ai pu agir en pleine conscience en appliquant certains principes pendant ma th\u00e8se. Par exemple :\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

– Je porte d\u00e9sormais une attention particuli\u00e8re aux APC (…) Dans l’ensemble ma strat\u00e9gie de publication existe (ce qui n’\u00e9tait pas le cas avant) et j’essaie de mesurer l’impact de ma recherche.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

– J’utilise les archives en libre acc\u00e8s comme HAL pour l’\u00e9valuation de mon laboratoire acad\u00e9mique et arXiv plus largement utilis\u00e9 par ma communaut\u00e9 scientifique. Cela favorise la diffusion et la visibilit\u00e9 de la recherche de mon \u00e9quipe ainsi que la mienne.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
