OPUS, plateforme \u00e9ditoriale d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, publie revues et ouvrages scientifiques en acc\u00e8s ouvert. Le 19 septembre 2023 marquera la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de la plateforme, ann\u00e9e durant laquelle trois objets, diversifi\u00e9s tant du point de vue des disciplines scientifiques que des types documentaires, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s : la revue Emerging Neurologist<\/em>, les actes d\u2019un colloque en histoire de la sant\u00e9 Quatre atlas de myologie de Van Horne et Sagemolen<\/em>, et le manuel d\u2019enseignement Physique et enjeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Cette journ\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tude est l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9changer avec les acteurs cl\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9dition scientifique \u00e0 l\u2019heure de la science ouverte<\/strong>, sur deux aspects saillants de la plateforme OPUS<\/a>\u00a0: la publication de livres scientifiques en acc\u00e8s ouvert et l\u2019utilisation des logiciels libres du consortium Public Knowledge Project (PKP).<\/p>\n

Durant la vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es de structuration et d\u2019affinage des politiques en mati\u00e8re de science ouverte, le livre scientifique \u00e0 longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ombre de l\u2019omnipr\u00e9sent article scientifique. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es laissent appara\u00eetre un contrepoids avec une prise en compte de plus en plus prononc\u00e9e du livre : au niveau europ\u00e9en, citons \u00e0 titre d\u2019exemple le Directory of Open Access Book ou l\u2019actuel projet PALOMERA, au niveau national les r\u00e9centes \u00ab Recommandations pour la diffusion en acc\u00e8s ouvert des ouvrages de recherche \u00bb et les plateformes de publication d\u00e9di\u00e9es aux livres en acc\u00e8s ouvert, comme Open Edition Book, e-publish (Li\u00e8ge) ou encore la plateforme UN@ (Bordeaux). Si ce type d\u2019initiatives n\u2019est d\u00e9sormais plus isol\u00e9, l\u2019int\u00e9gration du livre scientifique dans le paysage de la science ouverte pose plusieurs questions et d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever.<\/p>\n

La matin\u00e9e de cette journ\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tude donnera la parole aux acteurs de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et la recherche<\/strong> qui publient des livres scientifiques en acc\u00e8s ouvert. L\u2019objectif est de pr\u00e9senter les articulations possibles entre imprim\u00e9 et \u00e9lectronique, d\u2019\u00e9clairer diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques et de co-portage de plateforme.<\/p>\n

L\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi de la journ\u00e9e sera d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux utilisations fran\u00e7aises des logiciels libres Open Journal System (OJS) et Open Monograph Press (OMP).<\/strong> Ces logiciels sont con\u00e7us et maintenus par le consortium nord-am\u00e9ricain Public Knowledge Project (PKP). Con\u00e7us il y a une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023 marque l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de nouveaux livrables. En France, le nombre d\u2019instances OJS va croissant \u2013 on en comptait en 2022 une soixantaine \u2013 et OMP commence \u00e0 susciter de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat. Il s\u2019agira, lors de la session de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi de faire dialoguer les diff\u00e9rents utilisateurs fran\u00e7ais de ces deux logiciels, tant sur le plan technique (int\u00e9gration des formats de publication par exemple) que sur des aspects strat\u00e9giques relatifs aux \u00e9volutions \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
