En juillet 2019, lors du lancement du Plan national pour la Science ouverte, la ministre de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de la recherche d\u00e9clarait \u00ab\u00a0La communaut\u00e9 scientifique a perdu des pans entiers de contr\u00f4le du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ditorial\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0OPUS<\/strong>, plateforme \u00e9ditoriale d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, s\u2019inscrit dans le prolongement de ce constat.<\/p>\n

OPUS<\/strong>\u00a0offre \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 scientifique de l\u2019universit\u00e9 des services sur l\u2019ensemble du processus \u00e9ditorial scientifique, aussi bien pour les livres que pour les revues scientifiques. Son objectif est de produire des contenus scientifiques, r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ou coordonn\u00e9s par la communaut\u00e9 scientifique de l\u2019universit\u00e9, et de diffuser ces savoirs en acc\u00e8s ouvert. La plateforme est constituante de la\u00a0politique Science ouverte de l\u2019universit\u00e9<\/a>, laquelle se d\u00e9cline en 3 axes : publications, donn\u00e9es de recherche et logiciels. Avec le portail\u00a0HAL Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9<\/a>, la plateforme\u00a0OPUS\u00a0<\/strong>s\u2019inscrit dans le premier de ces axes, d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux publications scientifiques.<\/p>\n

Initi\u00e9e et r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans le cadre de l\u2019IdEx Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9,\u00a0OPUS<\/strong>\u00a0est en phase de lancement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022. Y seront successivement publi\u00e9s trois objets diversifi\u00e9s tant par les th\u00e9matiques que par les types de publications : les actes du colloque Van Horne, tenu en juin 2021 au sein de l\u2019universit\u00e9 ; la revue\u00a0Emerging Neurologist<\/em>\u00a0en collaboration avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 savante FIJNF ; un manuel d\u2019enseignement pour des enseignants et \u00e9tudiants int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par des enjeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 comme le r\u00e9chauffement climatique ou l\u2019\u00e9nergie visit\u00e9s par le prisme de la physique.<\/p>\n
